David was super nice to help me open a C.D. even though I didn't have an appointment. He was informative telling me of an accessible C.D. that I ended up doing later one.
The tellers are friendly too and it surprises me when they know me by name.

“Very service oriented. I had to take over my mother in laws account after she passed away, and additionally cash in a huge pile of savings bonds. I also had to write a number of checks for bills and also disbursement of my MIL's assets. Cynthia walked me thru the process, which took months, and she was patient all the way. But - the entire staff treated us like we were family every time we came in. A model of how businesses can conduct transaction in a friendly manner !”

I had an issue at a different branch location, and came here to explain what had happened and how i was disappointed with the false hope/miscommunication I was presented with. They both took the time to listen as well as try to find solutions to take care of me as their valued customer to do anything they can to help resolve the issue that had happened at a different location.
