Alfonso is the worst customer service guy at this car wash. He set the wrong expectation with me that he will clean the tree sap off my car. He tried to charge me extra for it and never cleaned any of the tree sap. Then when I told him about it, he said not to come back here again because he can’t have customers like me at this car wash. I can’t believe he had the audacity to deny me service when I never once disrespected him and only kindly told him that the tree was not removed. Something he attempted to charge me extra for. Beyond rude. They also left a ton of spots on my car that I was able to clean myself with a towel after they were done. Alfonso needs to be fired asap. Horrible example of customer service. Learn to be kind and don’t turn people away just because you can’t do your job.

Guys are not properly wiping down car interior, this is the 4th time in a row now I had to clean interior after paying them nearly $50 plus a $20 tip to do it. After waiting nearly 1 hr 20 mins for my car to be washed yesterday (chief exec with interior wipe down). Doesn’t matter which package I select, most expensive or least, they don’t properly clean the inside and leave green towel residue/lint everywhere. Yes I have a dog and yes the car is messy but that’s why I am paying you to clean it. Very disappointed.

I really like this place. The lady is nice behind the cash register. I hope they continue to be here forever. I only go to this car wash for my service needs. Most of the washes are done well. I had a few spots left over but it’s not a big deal. The lady says we can take care of it on next wash. Thank you for great service. I don’t go anywhere else!

I came here three times for detailing and car wash. The 1st and 2nd were great, but the 3rd was bad. Two days after the 3rd time, I found a 12-inch crack at the bottom of the windshield.

Can't even give this place 1 star. I drove up 5 min ago and Alfonso immediately started off rude with me. He had me move my car over to the other lane (not sure why- there was 1 car ahead of me) and asked if I had my key card for my Tesla. I said no but i can keep my phone on and he said that's fine just stay close by - i then asked him to vacuum the baby's car seat well because of all the crumbs - he said "the vacuum is in the price we already vacuum it" ok thanks - just had a small request. i barely walked in front of the car and he couldn't turn the car on so he asked me to turn it on and he said ITS NOT ON! jumped out and said i'm not washing this you can go. I was so confused - i've gotten my car washed plenty of times with the phone on. Just because you had a bad day, Alfonso and chose to be rude to me, doesn't excuse you from your behavior today. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau as well and will not be returning. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Waited in line for about 15 min with no one checking cars in. Just sitting there wasting diesel. Finally this guy comes out and rudely said your truck is over 7ft 6 you have to go else where. Funny thing is they do not do any hand wash at all here when the sign by the street says 100% hand wash. Hmmm if they lie about that what else do they lie about. Needless to say I didn't get my truck washed at all here because they don't have a hose and bucket for someone to do a hand wash. O well I guess there is others out there that would like the business. Keep in mind these tunnels with the brushes slapping your cars will scratch them Hence why I always have a hand wash anyways done. A lifted truck also forces that too because it won't fit in the scratch tunnels

Probably one of the better car washes in the area. Come early because they get busy and what we learned is that they're more thorough when it's still slow.Other reason that this is our favorite is because Real Tacoz is a few feet away. Check out our review for the place.

I've been going to riverbend off and on for many years. They do an ok job but the customer service isn't worth it. I can't give money to a business that clearly doesn't care. When I started going there a couple of decades ago it was great. But over time it's degraded to a sh!t show waste of time. The last few times it's taken over an hour and a half. I only go when I have unlimited time. But the last time I went I literally sat in my car ten minutes waiting for someone to come help me. The cars in front of and beside me were sitting unattended with the doors open. I took this as a sign and after ten minutes I backed out and went down the street to Anaheim Hills Car Wash. I'm done giving riverbend chances to do better.
