We recently toured this location with Hydie as our representative, and it was the worst tour we’ve ever experienced. Hydie was very unenthusiastic and standoffish throughout our visit, making no effort to engage with us. Our questions were met with one-word responses, and it felt like pulling teeth to get any information. AMC needs to improve their hiring process, as this was a terrible experience making our visit very uncomfortable and wondering why she even works here. Ultimately, her demeanor was the main reason we decided not to move forward with this location. I do not recommend. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I love the service from the office Hydie and Serina the response is quick and maintenance is very professional and came to fix the dishwasher and microwave took everything apart and got it in working order very quick. I appreciate them very much.

My toilet wasn't flushing and I put on a request on Christmas weekend so I wasn't expecting it to get fixed so quickly.. I have been living here for over 3 years and Ruben is so amazing..All the maintenence guys are so professional and prompt but especially Ruben.. He always explains what the problem was and why.. He even changed all my light bulbs in the upstairs bathroom. Thank you so much Ruben !! You are an asset to this community!!!

Thank you Serina and Hydie our Community Manager's, for always taking care of maintenance. I don’t need very often, but when I do I get service right away. Thank you for fixing my microwave. The maintenance men are very respectful and can fix anything!

I have always had great service from the maintenance crew here. But it was not until recent that I saw first hand how far they go to take care of things. Ruben and Raul are key assets to this management company The new office staff is a pleasure to work with as well.

We lived in the Pines for about 2 years. When we moved in, the complex was poorly managed. One manager went on maternity leave and never gave me a lease, the other called 2 weeks before my move to tell me I could not move in on my scheduled date because the current residents' future apartment (also within the complex) was not ready for them. Also, the amenities my apartment was listed to have, were not there. Hello, communal laundry room! On average, it took about 1 month for maintenance requests to be completed, the non-smoking policy was not enforced, and usually only 2-3 washers were working at any point in time. Fast forward to our move out. Serina now is managing the property and Raul and Ruben work maintenance. Things are so much better! It seems like Serina is really paying attention to turning things around and addressing things neglected by the previous property manager. Raul and Ruben are awesome and respond to maintenance requests very quickly, sometimes within the hour. I wish this team had been onboard when we moved in. So many other residents feel the same. Please keep the current team on board!Also, the complex is zoned for some of the best schools in the district: Linda Vista Elementary and Yorba Linda Middle School. Both are within walking distance. There is a bike trail behind the complex that ends about a block north of Linda Vista and can get you pretty close to YLMS going northwest on the trail.

Great place to live! Maintenance done right away and maintenance men are all great at fixing things promptly! Office managers really nice and helpful. The apartments are like a Townhouse style. I Have a patio and large bedroom. Perfect for families. 2 pools and lots play equipment. Parklike play areas. Safe apartments too! Walking distance to everything! Thank

As far as being a visitor there this is not the best place if you have a big family that visits because there's never parking for visitors and the three years that I've been there I've always parked in front of my family members garage with their permission and out of nowhere it's now a thing where my vehicle will be towed for being parked in front of the person who I am visiting garage and even though I was told that that's not allowed I've seen plenty residence Park their car in front of their own garage with no warning of a tow... And to be honest I feel uncomfortable when I obviously see it's allowed but my vehicle is the only one that has the warning note (it's more awkward when your of color)

I can not say enough how much we appreciate Raul and Ruben. They are always willing to help out in anything we ask. They are always repairing things right away, usually the same say. They keep our apartment running. Thank you for taking the time to repair our doors, light fixtures, and air conditioning. I hope they continue to stay !! Great mataitance service !!!

They raised our rent $600 in a 6 month span! That's not ok at all! We are on a month to month so they think they can raise it twice in one year... that's greeeedy We had and infestation that took 3 visits and a month to take care of with ZERO consideration of any compensation. Do NOT MOVE HERE. it looks good on the outside but they do not care about the tenant MY FAMILY IS STUCK HERE FOR NOW, CANT AFFORD TO MOVE OR RENT SERIOUSLY WHO RAISES RENT $600 in a year They are shady!!!!! Even on a year least they will raise it 10% THE MAX EVERY YEAR
