RC auto is an honest, thorough, friendly auto repair business who doesn't overcharge and in my case, waived some of the labor charges! SUV is now running much better, cleaner and has more pep. I feel much better about using the truck after the very detailed explanation of the issues with it before and after its repair.

He misdiagnosed my vehicle and also asked for a price that was 300 more than places near him. He wouldn't explain his prices either and made it really hard to trust him.

This is my second visit in 2 months with both my Mercedes C300 and BMW X5. Ken fixed my auxiliary battery on the Benz and he replaced the parking brake actuator module on my wife's X5. Ken is a skilled mechanic and his prices are very competitive. I will be going back to him for all repairs in the future.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Ken’s ever since he fixed my timing belt a few years ago. He never fails to impress me with his honesty, thoroughness, speed, and efficiency. Thankfully nowadays my car runs so smoothly that I only need routine checks/oil changes (proving what a great job ken has done)! Had an issue with my BMW X5's suspension and took it into RC and they knew what the cause was and repaired it within a couple hours. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend them for any auto care needs.

Man Ken is an amazing mechanic! I have a slk 320. The car was leaking everywhere Making annoying noises and the 6 speed manual transmission was shot. After I got it back no leaks and the transmission feels brand new. Great prices, efficient, and amazing service!! I trust almost no one with my car, but I trust Ken. Definitely go check him out!!

What a great mechanic shop that I have been looking for many years! It’s been hard to find a great mechanic shop since I moved to Corona which is not far from Yorba Linda. I found this shop through my friend when I had a ten years old van that had multiple issues. The owner, Ken checked throughly all issues and showed me all details so I understood how severe it is. I ended up buying a used Lexus GX460 instead of repairing all upcoming repairs of the van. And he checked throughly GX460 again and repaired brakes and rotors which I need immediately. Finally I found right place for my cars. I searched and read all of reviews then visited here. (It's really hard to find 4.9 stars review score.) As per review, the owner is so friendly and explained problem very well. Also prices are so reasonable.

Ken is a very experienced & reliable as well as an honest mechanic. He will let you know what needs to be done & also give recommendations without charging you extra. Sometimes will do something extra without charge! Great auto shop!

Spoke with Ken who managed my car repair. He was friendly and explained the work before having it done.Prices were fair and the service was completed in a reasonable time.I would suggest calling ahead and making an appointment since it can get busy at times.There's a small waiting area inside the office.
