These guys are really a rip off! I hired them to do a sprinter van conversion. They had my van for two months and didn't do anything right. They botched the heated floor and heater install. I had to get a factory rep from the heater company come down to reinstall the heater part. OCRV Center so incorrectly installed the heater part I had to buy all new hoses to run to the heat exchanges/Blowers. So when they finally called me they said come pick up your van and you could bring it back in three months and we can work on it. I went somewhere else and they told pe that this was the worst job they had ever seen! The floor that OCRV Center put in is now cracked and falling apart as well! Run away from these crooks!

DO NOT USE THEM!!!! We took our RV to OCRV on 10/20/23. We needed to fix our hydraulics, replace the toilet, generator repair, and rear air conditioning. OCRV had our RV for 9 weeks and we were told we could finally pick it up on 12/29. We had a trip planned for the new year that they knew about. The issue with the rear air conditioner became a blown electrical panel. They stated they could not find the needed electrical panel for the air conditioner, but within 10 minutes my husband found the part and called them and gave the information. Most important - we were given a quote of $956.86 and were never updated once the cost increased. At time of pick up, they informed us our current charges were $4,359.69. Which I believe is illegal because no communication of charges were provided throughout the time our RV was in their possession. They charged us to expedite the electrical panel even though it took over 8 days for them to "receive" it. 1. Hydraulics were not fixed as stated. As soon as we drove the RV off, a beeping alarm noise alerting us that there was an issue with the hydraulics. They never recalibrated or checked the fluid level even though we had told them upfront that the fluid had all run out. 3. Generator- they replaced the carburetor that was only a year old and another error code came up that they did not know how to fix. 4. Back air conditioner still does not work, it blows out hot air now. Again, another item they stated they repaired but did not. 5. Communication was horrible! We had to call them weekly and the only time we were able to speak with someone was when we requested to speak with the manager. 6. Throughout all of the "work" that was completed, they had to turn off our main power and did not ensure our RV was working in its original fashion leaving our refrigerator to stop working. Thankfully, all we needed to do was lite the pilot, but this should have never happened if they assessed the RV before leaving. 7. They did not clean up the inside. Wires, Dirt and dust was everywhere, someone left their jacket inside and the RV was not washed like they said they would. The day we picked up I called Brian and explained the above he said he would have to investigate and get back to me but guess what he never did. We were recommended to them by our neighbor, he will now never go back and then 4 other RV friends will never go there. We ended up taking this over to McBrides RV. 1. The generator error was a burnt out sensor on top works great now 2. Hydraulics needed fluid and recalibrated. Works great now. And of course I had to pay McBrides for there service also!!!!!

I don't know how this company is still in business. There's a reason their Yelp rating is tanking and they have an F on the Better Business Bureau... We started working with AJ in February to have our wine tour bus renovated, brought it to them in late March, and still waited another month and a half to get an estimate for the project. It should have been a red flag to me that I had to contact him several times just to hear back on this first step, but I foolishly chalked it up to him trying to get a handle on being groomed to take over the business from his dad. In mid-June we finally got the estimate and gave the green light, then paid the deposit using our business card. We also asked AJ for an updated project timeline (he had initially told us the project would take 2-3 months, max) and for a rendering of the project, which he assured he would get to us that day or early the next day. A week passed and we heard nothing, so I reached out with a friendly reminder. No response. When I finally got ahold of him, he had excuses as to why he hadn't sent it but promised he would send it shortly. Two more weeks pass with not a word from him, so I reached out yet again and he tells me that he was waiting for an update from their supplier. He assures me that he would contact them the next day and provide me with an update. Want to guess if he followed through? Another week goes by, no word from AJ. I follow up, no response. Call the office, he's not in and no one can give me an update. Another week passes and I message him to ask if he can put me in contact with someone else that can give us updates, since he was clearly overwhelmed with his project load. No response. Called the office AGAIN and was told he was out sick. He finally calls me a week and a half later, and gives an incoherent update on the materials. I ask for the blueprint of the work, he says he forgot about that but will send it over as soon as he gets it. A few days later I get a text with the "blueprint" (see pictures to see why I'm putting that in quotes). I call him and said something to the effect of "thanks for this initial sketch, when can I expect a full rendering?" and he responds with "that's the best we can do." At this point it's mid August, we are out of our $18,000 deposit and don't have anything but a drawing on college ruled paper to show for it. With still no timeline, I call the office weekly until I get a timeline of some sort. One of the times that I called I was told that Saturday mornings are the best time to get ahold of him, so I call that very Saturday and Art, the owner and AJ's dad, answers the phone. I take the opportunity to explain the situation and Art apologized and assured me that he would get us back on track, including finally getting us a project timeline. He asked me to email him with all of the things that we are still waiting for and have questions on and he would take it from there. Within a week or so, AJ gets removed from our project and a new hire, Brian, gets assigned to it. Within a few weeks of Brian being assigned to us, the flooring was installed, the benches and wall panels were built and installed AND we were kept in the loop the entire time. As great as Brian is, he couldn't shield us from round two of OCRV's incompetence and dishonesty. A week before we were supposed to pick up the bus, Brian calls us to say that Art wants to update our original estimate and add another $15k to it because AJ under quoted a few things. I'll spare you all of the details, but it was conveyed back to Art that this newest demonstration of incompetence by his son was not our problem and these additions never made it to our final bill. However, a few things that were never done on our bus WERE on our final bill and it took more back and forth with them to fix. Finally, we call to pay off our balance and are told that we need to give them a cashiers check instead of our business card. Since when? They happily took our card for the deposit (which w

OCRV repainted the hood of my Mercedes Sprinter van conversion when the upfitter scratched it with the "Welcome Bow". OCRV restored it to factory new with accurate estimates to the work completed. Art and Bonnie are clearly the "Go To" folks when yo have issues with your RV - very professional and friendly.

Brian was such a help! He communicated the whole way through the process of our repairs. Dropping off and picking up was a breeze. Parts were available very quickly. Our family will definitely be back in the future.

Unless you want your coach to live there, don't try to have work done. My coach has been there for 2 1/2 months for minor work and I'm picking it up tomorrow unfinished. Since I've already paid for the repairs, I'll have to go to court for refunds.

I'm writing on behalf of my mom's friend, Angelina. She had a really great experience with OCRV center. She had parked her RV in a paid RV lot. Someone cut her gas lines, so she contacted OCRV about this problem. They were very understanding and had great communication. They were able to schedule her to bring her RV in. They talked her through everything and fixed the cut line. She said she will definitely be returning back to OCRV Center for any future issues with her RV.

We recently took our fifth wheel to OCRV Center, there is now no where else I will go for RV Service. This family owned business are experts who are maticulious about their work, and their entire staff is exceptionally nice, friendly and smile a lot. They kept us advised of all of the issues, and helped us with how to work with the manufacturer and insurance.

Service team is top notch. They were able to fit us in on an emergency so that we could make our planned trip. Highly recommend them as a first option and stop by for a visit when nearby before you need them.
