The ladies are mean. I've walked in with intentions to get my nails done and get out. The ladies laugh at their customers hair so they can persuade them to get their hair and nails done by them. I'm sure if the individual wanted their hair done, they would say. It shows a lot about character! It was a pleasant experience when the owners wife was actively working. The location and scenery is beautiful, but what else is there if you're not comfortable? No one enjoys being talked about negatively.

I'm so frustrated and mad, first and last time I go here. I'm getting married Thursday and it takes me forever to grow my nails but I've been taking care of them religiously and finally achieved a proper length.
So wanted to get gel both manicure and pedicure and little pampering, so got the royal treatment all together $135. Pedicure was great, the lady was meticulous and perfectionist and came out very good.
But at the same time another lady did my manicure. Told her to please keep my length and do a very thin French tip, showed her a picture and she said she buffed my nails square and the picture was more almond like. I said it's okay, just do a thin French tip nails are fine. So she showed me and it was so thick, uneven and messy so I told her I wanted thinner like the picture. Next thing, she started clipping my nails to "minimize" the tip (I wanted to cry but composed myself) and couldn't fix it more cause she already cured them under the UV light.
After a very awkward moment in which 4 employees were looking at my nails and talking Vietnamese among each other, finally another worker stepped in and buffed the French tip to draw a thinner one (didn't remove all the polish just the tip). By that time I just wanted to storm off.
I give 2 stars cause the people was very compelling and friendly, and I did enjoy the treatment. But I'll never go back there, clearly the lady that did my nails had better abilities in other areas (they offer several treatments).
I personally think this salon is good for many things cause it has a very good rating, but for simple classy french manicure NOT.

Most relaxing experience. I recommend this special treat to everyone. I got the foot detox and facial and keratin hair treatment. Worth it!!

Horrible UNEVEN microblading!!!!! False advertisement and false promises. They do not know what they're doing. Do not support this business. They do not give your money back for horrible work and keeps saying that they will fix it. How can you fix this? This is semi permanent make up I have to walk around for years with uneven eyebrows, and now they are uneven scars the hair strokes do not show at all. This is horrible work and they are liars. The pictures on their Instagram page and the advertising is not their work. Beware!!!!!!!! They are posting fake photos that is impossible to be their work. One eyebrow up and one down!!!! They tried to lie and say oh it's because your face is made like that other microblade professionals said it doesn't matter how your faces made. The measurements are done correctly and the brows will always match if done properly. This place did not do any measurements and they did not know what they were doing at all this lady shaved my eyebrows off and did not have anything to follow. It took her 30 minutes to try to fix what she had screwed up on my face and it's impossible to fix this uneven work!!! Now because she was scraping and scraping and scraping trying to fix what she had screwed up. It left a permanent scar on my beautiful face. This is horrible work and they should be put out of business for this false advertisement and lying. Editing my review based on your response so here is all the pictures and regardless of what my face looks like which here's a ton of pictures of it when you're doing micro blading you are supposed to make everything even you are not supposed to put one brow, a half a inch above the other one, even if the natural ones were like that, which they were not and where are the hair strokes I am left with nothing but scars because you guys were panicking and dropping your tools and spending half an hour trying to fix you up because this is not something you do on a regular basis like you told me you told me that you do these all the time and that you do a natural look and they were going to be beautiful. Those were all lies. This is horrible. I deserve a refund and I will never let you guys touch my face and no one should let you touch their face or support your business and you do not standby customer satisfaction because all you keep saying is you're going to fix it well, what are you going to do put another eyebrow where it's supposed to be so that I can have two eyebrows on the same side? You can't fix this. The least you could do would be to give me my money back after ruining my face. I was pretty before I came there now I feel horrible. All of my coworkers and friends, and even my family members have said that I screwed up by going to your business. I messed up my face. My original eyebrows are now posted in multiple pictures when you get micro bladed you do not come for original eyebrows and what you did to me was not even lined up with my original eyebrows, which you're not supposed to do when you go get micro bladed, your eyebrows are supposed to look the same and they're supposed to be measured and placed in the right position, regardless of what the originals look like you're not going off of the originals, the purpose of getting micro bladed is to fill in and make your eyebrows even and match! I could've saved $350 because my original eyebrows looked better and were more aligned than what you did to my face. The purpose of getting your eyebrows micro bladed is to make them even so other people that do micro blading are not sending people out with the same eyebrows that they came with or with completely different uneven eyebrows!! Your comment is ridiculous!! And I would not let you touch my face again. It is scarred and I would have a double brow. If you were to line them up correctly, the brow would be an entire 1/2 inch thick to get it aligned with the other side look at the pictures with my glasses. It's almost a centimeter higher. Had an appointment for 4 PM arrived at 3:40 PM knew I was early was fine waiting until appointment time but I did ask the lady if I would be able to be seen sooner and she told me yeah started off with a foot scrub because it was included with the VIP package I was getting. And it was supposed to be another lady to take over my service for my appointment. At 4:15pm I asked the lady working on my foot scrub. What is going on and she told me that the girl will be another 15 minutes late. Drove over an hour for this appointment and the girl that was supposed to be doing my services was over 30 minutes late. Due to the fact that I had children I had to leave because I cannot wait for 430 to start my session of an hour and a half.! Extremely disappointed because I thought I would be time off and relax, but that wasn't the case with this place! Extremely upset never come back do not recommend it!

The staff was so friendly and professional. The salon was well kept and very clean. We got the head scalp massage for 90 minutes. It was dreamy!! If you have not tried this service you have to go. It is out of this world, relaxing, and you will not regret it.

I'm going to start off by saying I met Tammy when I walked in. She checked me in super nice. Probably waited about 10 minutes. I had a 1pm appointment for a VIP scalp massage. When I got there, I ended up adding a manicure and pedicure both came out ok. Con: The lady who was doing my pedi did my massage. She was talking the whole time, when this was supposed to be a relaxing experience. she did not massage my scalp or my shoulders or my neck. She basically just put a treatment on my hair and a face-mask. Horrible experience, I couldn't even relax. I do not recommend there to VIP scalp treatment

I come here for my facials, and today Vivian gave me a wonderful facial, while paying extra attention to my problem areas. She was so caring and easy to talk to & knowledgeable about skin! I will be back in a few weeks for another facial!

First time coming here with my three sisters to get the 2hr scalp massage treatment. Overall that was nice - though be cautious if you have long hair. The tangles and getting brushed out was not ideal. The package also said it included a "complementary blowout". When the time came we were informed they would only make our hair "slightly dry" and we could pay $15 more for a blowout. Then we were hovered over until we agreed to get our nails done - I understand upselling but she would not leave - I agreed to a gel manicure at a discount price. At checkout the tried to charge more and the gel popped off a week and a half later.

I had a scalp and facial massage vip service done today. It was absolutely relaxing and felt amazing. The salon is very clean and beautiful. I was able to get an appointment same day. Everyone who works here is very nice. Vivienne did my scalp and facial massage and did such a great job, she offered me Champagne or tea during my blow dry afterwards very thoughtful. I'm looking forward to bringing my daughter here for a girls day.

Found this place on TikTok and immediately made an appointment for their VIP package for a relaxing shampoo, scalp, and facial massage for my birthday. Immediately I was greeted by Tammy who was very welcoming and sweet and set up a foot detox that came with the package and it was very relaxing. Sue gave me a massage and then took me into a room where I got a scalp treatment, sugar scrub, deep cleansing facial, face mask, massage with hot stones and more! It was one of the best spa treatments I've ever received and felt very pampered. I also got a glass of champagne for my birthday before I was taken to get my hair done by Lily, who did an amazing job and was also so sweet!! Thank you Sue, Tammy, and Lily for making my birthday morning feel so special!
