I've been into this branch several times the past year and met with a few of the branch employees that I found to be very helpful with my needs. John was very kind and considerate to my daughter when we opened her new accounts. Dave went out of his way to help me when I didn't have an appointment to open a C.D. He was so knowledgeable with telling me of other items offered by the bank that I ended up following through with. Pueblo was extremely kind and so friendly on more than one occasion. A very positive and approachable person who seems to have his place everywhere. I love the fact that this branch is conveniently close to home but also delighted that the employees here show a great deal of helpfulness when needed.

Terrible terrible terrible service ever!!!! If there were zero start option I won't rate 1. I went to deposit cash to my two business accounts. The lady with glasses maybe the manager was super impatient. she said you know people would not like to touch cash during the pandemic with bad mean attitude.

Closed a minute or two early on 8/31/2022. Disappointing to have driven to this branch and discovering this.. Limited banking hours for small businesses like ours makes doing business tough.

Worst experience at this branch. Never coming here again. Manager is a rude lady who is not helpful at all. She had a disgusting attitude and continued to harass me while the teller completed my transaction. This bank put an EXTENDED hold on my check causing my account to be negative $900!!! This branch proceeded to freeze my account and customer service could not assist in any way or form. Do not come here!
