My sister was a patient in a skilled nursing facility in Southern California last year. While our family was dealing with many different issues regarding her health and upcoming long-term care, the nursing facility put us in touch with Mike Weller. At the time, we were facing the prospect of needing to sell my sister's home to pay for her long-term care. Mike met with us in my sister's room, then subsequently met with me at her home. Mike compiled a "Comparative Market Analysis" of her property and his expertise and kindness was a great help to us during that period.My sister passed away soon after our meeting with Mike, and when it came time for us to deal with the process of preparing her home for sale, Mike made himself available to us for whatever we needed during this stressful process. I live in Central California and my sister's sons live in Germany and Oregon, respectively. Because we were all long distance from my sister's home in Southern California, Mike was instrumental in providing direction and help, which was a great source of comfort. He and his associates kept in good communication with us throughout the process and Mike was ready and willing to help us again, in any way that he could. The entire process of preparing my sister's home to be put on the market, and its subsequent sale, was made much more bearable because of Mike's expertise, kindness, and willingness to help.I am thankful to the nursing facility for putting us in touch with Mike Weller and I have encouraged them to continue referring him to other patients and their families. During one of the most stressful times in a family's life, having someone who is trustworthy and truly cares about people is the kind of person you want to have in your corner.Tracy Layne - Fresno, CA

Mike and his team were incredible! I've never sold a house before but Mike walked me through the process and made it so easy! Everything went as Mike had said it would. He has a team that can take care of every facet of home selling or buying from someone to stage the house to a moving company to sending a cleaning lady out to our place to clean our house before the new owners moved in. All of our property was already packed a shipped off by the moving company so we had no way of cleaning the house so for Mike to do that was truly a blessing! I would recommend Mike and his team to anyone either buying or selling their home!

Mike Weller and his team were literally a God send for me in 2020/2021 during the height of the pandemic. My father passed away, his estate was in probate, I didn't live locally and was completely clueless on how to conduct an estate sale. I was grieving and mentally unable to take charge as I normally do to handle the sale of my father's property. Mike came highly recommended to me. I did an online meet and greet with him to test the waters (as I had already done with 2 other realtors). He was not only professional and very knowledgeable of the market for the Anaheim Hills/Yorba Linda/Irvine areas (Orange County), but also he was easy to talk to, not pushy and very empathetic to my specific situation.He gave me the pros/cons of renting out the property vs. selling it outright. He specializes in probate estate sales so was able to communicate with my probate attorneys easily and help facilitate any documents/processes needed. He was always available to me by e-mail or phone/text messages.Anyone who knows me, I'm usually in the thick of things whether it's planning for a party/vacation, buying a car/home...I'm the organizer. I felt comfortable and thankful enough to release the reins to Mike and his team. He always touched base and gave me options on which way to go. It was never this is the way or this is the only way. He let me make my choices that I felt most comfortable with and then he took lead on getting my choices followed through on.Mike and his team helped me prep the property at the end of 2020. He gave great advice on what should be repaired and what could be left as is. He recommended contractors who did a great job (and at a better price point than other contractors I requested quotes from on my own...I told you I like to take charge & do my own due diligence) in cleaning up the property that had been unlived in for almost a year (painting, repair, carpeting, window replacement, deep cleaning, etc). We put the property up for sale in early February 2021, received multiple offers over asking, accepted an offer 9 days later and closed in 30 days.I really don't believe I could've done this without Mike Weller and his team. I did fly in a few times to meet with Mike & Diana, check on the progress of the property readiness for sale and again, I highly recommend Mike Weller as your realtor of choice.Thank you Mike & team!

Mike and his team are all that and a bag of chips!! Such a great experience trying to sell a home in the middle of a pandemic. Mike listened to all our questions and concerns, answered them honestly, and gave great advice. He scheduled time slots for others to come look at our home and within a weeks time, we had sold our home for over the asking price. Would highly recommend Mike and his team if you are thinking of selling. I know that I will use him again.

I needed Mike to verify a vehicle I just bought from Nevada. I walked in at 2 pm on a Monday, had the vehicle verified & the proper Paperwork in hand by 2:30. Mike even offered to help me complete the rest of the title transfer and registration paperwork. Everything was easy- peasy. Would recommend Mike V. Verified Me. Hands down easiest DMV transaction if my life .
