This review is SOLELY for one amazing employee.... TANYA. Michael's Yorba Linda.... You have struck GOLD with employing Tanya. She is such a BRIGHT Light! Every time I am in that store she is so happy!!!!!!!! Tanya is kind, funny, caring, compassionate, and her smile is electrifying!!! By the time I leave, her energy has manifested in me and given me the most uplifted spirit.

Went in today! To pick up some crafting items, Wow! Everything looks so nice, I was happy to say I enjoyed myself shopping, then I get to register wow! Lady had an attitude she wasn't friendly at all, to the lady in front of me, And myself, she was very cold, she needs to learn customer service with a smile and show she enjoys her job, I won't be going to this store, again STORE # 2058, So sad, didn't want to even give you all a star

I needed to exchange a frame tonight and they were kind and understanding and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I've frankly always have a good experience at this Michaels and I think the quality of their products is better. This Michaels is further away for me than Hobby Lobby but I still will come here first because of their service and their process is more efficient. Hobby Lobby seems to take so long to get a simple transaction taken care of.

This Michael's is usually pretty empty and a great place to find what you need. We come here almost every weekend for at supplies and we check out pretty quickly. The store is clean and well lit. I never have a problem finding anyone to help me. Everyone has been very friendly. Overall...I really like coming to this Michael's. It's in a great shopping area too.

Outstanding customer service from Jim in Custom Framing. He was so patient and helpful in selecting just the right frame and even gave me the perfect matting at no cost! Not to mention the frame was on sale! Thank-you!

Bitter old lady with curly gray hair at the register. When I asked her for help she said "I don't want to tell you" with a scornful attitude. Useless employee. Get a better job if you're so unhappy.

Would rate a minus 5 for being unsanitary. An employee was kindly asked to clean the restroom as pee was all over the seat. They walked into the restroom with no cleaning products, took a long time, and walked out with no cleaning product. When asked they said they wiped it off with toilet paper, NO cleaning products used!! Nasty.

Slightly understaffed but Alec and April were super Duper helpful in helping my awesome kick ass roommate find good supplies for painting her archery arrows! Thank you so much for helping us while we waited for traffic on the 91 to die down!

I went two Saturdays ago and as I was leaving, this woman coming in had the nerve to insult the staff. There was a lovely young lady stationed at the entrance taking headcount to ensure there's no overcrowding. The woman looked at her and said "oh you have an important job" in a mocking tone. The young lady just smiled and said hello. Yes, retail jobs ARE important and shoppers like me appreciate you all for working during a pandemic. Don't let some old OC hag, most-likely a Karen, tell you otherwise!!!

Don't shop here if you want to be harassed by employees for not wearing a mask due to a medical condition. Two employees approached me during my 10 min shopping trip and both of them harassed me about MASKS. Bye Michael's I'll be going to Hobby Lobby from now on. At least they embrace Christian values unlike your pagan store.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I called yesterday before closing to double check that an item was in stock since their website said there was and I couldn't purchase it online. I spoke to the manager (lady with red hair apparently) and she confirmed there were 6 of the items. I asked if it can be placed on hold so I can pick it up the following day and she said ok! This location was the closest location that had the item in stock (50 miles away) so I made the drive out there to find out they had ZERO items in stock. I wasted 2.5 hours of my Sunday (round trip) to drive out there to be avoided by the so called manager and then pawned off to another person to tell me they're not in stock.

Horrendous customer service! Waited for 25 minutes for my curbside pickup!!! Had to call twice! No apologies or anything. Do not shop at this Michaels!
