Don't go here and if you do be warned. The guy behind the counter had a bad attitude from the start. Not only are they over-priced they sell defective vapes that do not work. I came back 1 minute after buying a $27 vape that would not work and had to argue with the guy for ten minutes and get him to call his boss to exchange it. I finally got him to give me a replacement and opened it in the store and it worked for one puff so I thought it was good, I got in my car and it wouldn't work any more. So 2 defective vapes back to back. I wouldn't go here again if they gave me free vapes for life. They will treat you like you're trying to steal from them, just for giving them business. Anyone posting a good review is either delusional or part of the company because this isn't my first time going here and having problems they've been doing it for years and I have friends and relatives who have had problems here also. If you're from M&M reading this, YOU SUCK and karma sucks even worse. Pack up shop and get out of our town.

This place is a hit or miss. The gentleman working there is always rather pleasant and friendly. I hate coming here whenever the old witch is working, she is so nasty and rude. Lady, you're far from attractive to be having that kind of attitude.

I have no idea what these reviews talking "terrible customer service" are coming from. The main gentleman that works there has such a bright and infectious personality. And such a big smile. I love going there because he is always open to conversation and making an effort to ask how my day/life has been. Everybody that works under hun is just and sweet and friendly. The prices are not the lowest but it's not like they're jacking up the prices. Thank you M&M smoke shop!

Everytime I come to this shop the employees r extremely rude. There is usually only one person working and they act like it is going out of there way when someone needs help with something. This last visit was one of the worst, I walked in the shop at 7:15pm and went over to look at the Glass selection. The employee was mopping the floor when I walked in at the opposite end then when he noticed me he decides he wants to mop exactly where I'm standing and brings the mop and bucket over and stars tapping his foot at me and sighing. I ignored him and kept looking which must have pissed him off because after about 2 minutes he approached me and Asks me if I'm done looking and ready to buy something because they are about to close. It was 7:25pm at the time and the store doesn't close till 8pm. And that's exactly what I told him to which he had no reply to. The rest of the 5 minutes I spent looking around the employee literally followed me watching everything I was doing like I was going to steal something. And that is the exact moment I decided I will not be giving this store any money ever again. How F***ing Rude

Been going here for about a year now, the service has always been welcoming! The quality of their products are amazing.
