It would have been nice to order a canvas if the website worked. I had to create an account then I wasn’t able to configure my picture due to a bunch of confusing options and error messages. I finally just gave up and went with another company.

Boy, has Lumaprints changed, and not for the better. You can't depend on them to return calls! I have clients that are waiting for purchases to be created and shipped. This is the second time within days that I can't get anyone on the phone, and I leave a message, only to hear nothing back. I am already looking for another printer that knows that communication is vitality important!!!

I feel lucky to have discovered Lumaprints. I needed a great canvas wrap for a very special photograph. I'm a long-time professional photographer with high standards and I'm always looking for a deal. Lumaprints customer service is second to none and very friendly.My extra-large canvas wrap was delivered with accurate color, skintone and great detail. The canvas was nice and tight on a quality frame ready for hanging. Shipment arrived earlier than promised. What a great place !

As a professional artist, I have sourced fine arts prints from many sites. Recently I tried Lumaprints, and much to my delight, I was thrilled with both the quality and pricing of their paper prints. I will be a returnee for sure!

I first heard about Lumaprints through a YouTube video review from a photographer as a way to find a printer that not only provides the best quality of work, but for a great price as well. Lumaprints was at the top of his list compared to the other 2 companies he had reviewed against each other. Because of that review I decided to take a shot with the company since I have an upcoming show, and they were also able to deliver the print before the end of the deadline that I needed to have it at the gallery by.The only issue I had, not the printers faults by the way, was once it shipped out it was in "limbo" for a week through the delivery service so I low-key panicked. I was able to contact Lumaprints to make sure it did send out, and it did, but it was possibly lost through the delivery service. The customer service representative was able to help me right away and supply me with another print which I received within a few days later.Lumaprints went out of their way to help me resolve an issue in just the knick of time, and the quality of the print is more than what I was expecting. I am really happy with the results, and I can't wait to hang this piece at the gallery as well. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to others.

The pricing of prints from different companies are all over the map, so I felt I was gambling when I went with one of the lower priced options. However, I am very happy with the result, and will definitely be using Lumaprints again in the future.

Can highly recommend Lumaprints. Even with a small personal order they went above and beyond by reprinting when I had an issue and beating their own already-reasonable deadline. Their automated system is very convenient, and you can still get great support when you need it. You can count on them.

Excellent quality and wonderful customer service. My only comment would be that I wish it was easier to be able to have a phone conversation if needed- most communications are done through email.
