Great store for quality furniture and knowledgeable staff. We worked with Gabriel, and he was very helpful. When we made our purchase, we knew exactly when to expect delivery. And they delivered on time.
High quality like La-Z-Boy comes with a high price tag. If you consider furniture purchases a long-term investment, then you've come to the right place. If your tastes change every few years, then you're better off buying from somewhere else like Costco, where you'll spend a lot less.

My name is victor. My parents, Brother and I came to the La-Z-Boy store and Brea and was greeted warmly by the manager and sales rep Hector. My parents are elderly and were looking for a very nice power recliner that would give them support in their posture. Hector was very observant and right away found out that the chair we’re looking for was to accommodate my smaller sized parents. He quickly guided us to a few size appropriate power recliners. He showed us The different features of these chairs, pros and cons of each, including the material, the different motors that power the chairs and The five year protection plan for our investment. Hector demonstrated knowledge of the features and benefits of his chairs and really helped us. we know that when we have bought a chair from Lazyboy, we will have protection and maintenance for our investment in the future. My parents, Brother and I were all very happy with our purchase and the shopping experience. Thank you very much, Hector.

What a great buying experience. Came in looking to buy 2 chairs for our living room. There was no pressure (like many other stores). Promptly greeted by Gabe and Hector. They helped us narrow down choices and walked us through features. Spent most of the interaction relaxing in the amazing chairs and chatting. I truly appreciate a business that focuses on relationships with the customer instead of “getting the sale”. We ended up purchasing 2 chairs, but already thinking about adding more simply because of the experience.

Raquel the designer at the Yorba Linda store was incredibly helpful, they have an amazing design service with computer modeling that they provide at no charge, and it really helped our living room design come together! Highly recommend!

We walked in 15 minutes before closing and Hector was happy to stay later and help us. Quality products and staff is never pushy! Love all the items we have gotten over the years. Yesterday we purchased beautiful rugs & 2 recliners.
Every employee is super kind and knowledgeable!

We purchased a sofa and love seat in January 24. When it was delivered in April there was a flaw in the arm of the sofa. We should have refused it but we had already sold our other furniture. The delivery people said it could easily be replaced. We have waited four months with getting the run around as to when it would be repaired. As of today there is still no estimate of delivery so they are giving us a whole 10% off to appease us. Their warranty is absolutely worthless and I am doubtful it will ever be resolved.

We had the full attention of the salesman, who was probably also the manager. He answered every question in a forthright manner. We had no sense that he was "selling" We were comfortable asking about mechanical things, as well as fabrics and colors and styles, and money. We got straight answers.
