Friendly atmosphere and employees. The app makes it super easy to see my Kohl's cash, rewards and coupons. I went to drop off an Amazon return and I was gifted with a coupon to spend in store. By the way, they have now consolidated both Amazon returns and Kohls into one line. I got lucky only 1 person ahead of me, we'll see how that goes. I wasn't planning to shop that day, but I found a few cute dresses & jacket on Clearence. Only draw back is certain brands and Sephora don't honor coupons, bummer.

My friend had a coupon so we went to the one on SAVI Ranch Blvd in Anaheim Hills. I went to the Sephora Store right near the front entrance. A lot of retailers are now inside other stores because it's to expensive to have their own brick and mortar store. Outside of that, it's Kohl's!

Went here primarily for an Amazon return and walked into a line of 10+ customers also waiting at customer service for the same. I know it isn't their primary business but if you are going to accept returns, you should staff to accommodate it. I found a few items to purchase after and then had to wait in line for checkout at the 1 open cashier. I'll go back to returning my Amazon at the UPS store instead. Store was clean and organized.

I had expired Kohl’s cash that was within the 10 day grace period. When I was checking out, I told the cashier I was using expired Kohl cash that is within the 10 day grace period.The cashier said “Uh, I don’t think you can.” I told her it was still good according to the Kohl’s website. She said, ’I don’t think so.’ I suggested she try scanning it. And it rang up as it should. She should have said. ‘Wow, very cool. I learned something new.’ She didn’t say anything just went ‘huh!’
Please inform your team members of the grace period for Kohl’s cash. I would be helpful if everyone knew your policies. ?

This pertains to the quality I received from the Sephora clerk. Young girl who seems very disinterested in helping me. Her gesture and eyes told it all. Especially when they rolled back. I wanted to report her at the time but was kinda shocked. So thank you for having this survey. I had a great experience with the customer service representative who took my credit card payment and the items I bought with her. Please don't mistake her for the Sephora representative.

I found some terrific bargains in the clearance aisle. Everything was neat and tidy, and the sizes were easy to find. The associate that checked me out was extremely friendly and helpful.

Items in store is not matching with what Kohls app is offering. Store price mostly more expensive than the app, make sure to check the app before going to cashier.
