Stress and more stress due to poor communication and mishandling of a termite report not given on a timely basis. Plus, not following our instruction even during the initial interview. Both realtors Bonnie Conte and Randee Nelson are at fault. An attempt to contact the Managing Broker was completely ignored. We would not recommend this team.

Broker owned escrow made egregious error and will not take responsibility. After many calls they now screen and will not answer if I call from my phone number, but miraculously answer 30 seconds later if I call from a different number. Broker has been notified personally and failed to take any action to rectify. It has been 4 months and now we are going to lawsuit. I realize in this market you cannot choose who represents the seller of the property you want to buy and there are so few properties to chose from that you may not have many choices. If you must work with this brokerage, try to avoid using their NON-INDEPENDENT escrow company.

I was sold a house and the realtor was randee nelson. She had her "family friend" show me the home and we ended up buying it.But repairs that were aggreed to be done were not and randee became defensive and accused me of damaging the home..i then attempted to contact her supervisor to complain but have not had any success or even recieved a call.They will be hearing from my lawyer!

I had Gary Bennett as my realtor and he truly goes above and beyond. Because of him. I was able to finally get a home of my own after years of renting. He does everything he can to make the process as smooth as possible. If you want a realtor who will go "the extra mile", ask for Gary.

Unfortunately we used Wendy Rawley. She promised us a 5k credit if we used her and has given excuses for months as to why she can’t pay us. We will not be using her or this company again. We are extremely disappointed.

This is such a great group of realtors. I interviewed many realtors trying to find someone who was exceptionally knowledgeable, honest and easy to work with. The realtors in this office and the office staff were, by far, the best I could find. I bought the house of my dreams and it was easy for me. They did all the work.
