Not going here ever again i was there to get my chain replaced bleed brakes and put new pads cuase my break was squeaking but they never solved the issue squeak was still there brakes were soft and i dont think they even put the new chain i jus noticed it and they charge me almost 200 and nothing was done. Dont get ripped off by these guys.

Decided to try out Jax at the YL location, upon recommendation of friends, as I’d had some issues with my beach cruiser taken elsewhere.
Knowledgeable staff, professional and personable. Not salesmen, and addressed all my questions and concerns. Props to Jimmy and Wyatt, whom were great to work with. Special thanks to Wyatt for going the extra mile to help me with loading my bikes onto the rack when I came to pick them up.
I will be back for any future services for mine and my family’s bike needs and services.

I took my Trek 820 in for a basic flat tire fix the other day. (If you purchase a bike with the “flat pack” option for only an extra $50, you get free flat fixes for life. One of the best financial decisions I’ve made. Highly recommend.)
I used to have to wait at least a couple hours for Jax to fix a flat, even on a slow day. Last weekend, Rider had my bike road-ready in half an hour. Very pleased with his service.
