I went here because it was close by and I saw they had a first time customer deal, so I decided to take the chance. I walked in and the man at the front was sitting there and I stood there like an idiot because I’ve never been. After a minute, he told me to check in and to wait. The vibe of the place was weird, my impression was that it would be those upbeat nail salons but it was quiet and with very sleepy “spa” music. I was taken to sit in the middle of the huge array of tables. I showed the nail tech the design and told her I didn’t want the butterflies in the design. I couldn’t really understand her and I ended up just agreeing with whatever she said because it was difficult to understand her. She was quite heavy handed with the drill when she was removing my last set and I was kinda worried because sometimes she slipped and wasn’t paying attention to my nails. She was also aggressive shaping and filing my nails. I have some cuts from that and hang nails. When she painted my nails, she had the image to reference. She took the very basic concepts and tried her best but I wish she would have told me she could not do the design. I would have changed my design idea or just gone to another salon. There are 3D gel art designs I wanted and she used builder gel but it ended up flattening, so it just looks uneven with no structure. There was gel all over my fingers after my appointment, my fingers were dry from all the drilling, and I had cuts from the drilling and filing. I kinda rushed out because I was so upset with the whole experience that I forgot about the first time customer deal. When I got home I remembered and I called them, they said they could not give me a refund since they do the transaction through a third party service. LIKE WHAT, where is my information going? And there is a 3% surcharge and they have an atm there but I don’t trust non bank ATMs. So here I am, upset because I paid $120 for the worse set I’ve ever had and I couldn’t get a partial refund. Tomorrow I have an appointment to a different salon to fix my nails. I had to clip off excess gel and file it down.

Always love my technician - Jasmine. She is the best. Quality of her work is beyond exceptional!
I’ve been a loyal client of Jasmine for many years. I have never had a nail technician can be so meticulous, precise and wants nothing more than quality of her work. There is no one else can do what Jasmine does. She is beyond talented and loves what she does. I trust her judgement with what shape, style and shade of color to go with.
If only I split her in half so she can do both of mani and pedi, I would! My daughters and family member from different cities/county come to her for service as they prefer quality of her work. We love Jasmine and she cares about her clients needs and want. Thank you Jasmine for making our nails and toes on point!

In regards to Michelle comment I’ve been going to jasmine for 8 years, she’s the best person in that nail salon, she’s kind and always does a good job she’s very popular if there was a minor cut I am sure it was by accident. she’s never in a bad mood and very professional, my daughter and I love her !!! Maybe Michelle; by reading your comment you were in a bad mood

WONDERFUL they did an amazing job, the play good music, and it was surprisingly fast for such a good job! she helped me pick out the 3d bow and had THE PERFECT color for me! and knew what was trending! thank you so much i will be coming back! (i did gel x)
