“The food and customer service was great. The prices are also decent considering the quality. I will complain about the general customer base at this location. I live in the area and was surprised at how rude some customers in this area can be. I was bumped in the shoulder twice with no acknowledgment. This was my first visit at this location. I also noticed other customers being rude and getting in the way of other patrons. I’ll stick to other locations to preserve my customer experience. This feels more like a Walmart in terms of the quality of customers. Again, products and employees were great!”

“Love their discount/mark downs on a rack by the restrooms. You can find great deals here. People are so friendly at the checkout. Clean, clean, clean! A very, very helpful gentleman in the back even found me an extra large box as I’m moving brought it to me at the checkout. Can’t leave this place without a smile on your face. so what if the 49ers lost the Superbowl . .Sprouts is a winner!”

“LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this store location! I now call this store the "FRIENDLY" store! I have converted to this BEAUTIFULLY REMODELED and EXTREMELY FRIENDLY and CUSTOMER SERVICE oriented store from the "RUDE" location at 1741 Kellogg Dr, Anaheim, CA 92807. Love the HUGE selection and variety; the beautiful produce dept; the helpful and very friendly baggers who also sweep the aisles. 2 young gentleman approached me w/in 3-4 min's in different aisles yesterday, asking if I was finding everything okay. This hasn't happened to me in YEARS. I work at a company where customer service is paramount, and I love that this store emphasizes the importance of retaining valued customers w/ superb customer service. To the store manager: Keep up the great work! I noticed the difference from the Kellogg Dr. store location (aka: the "RUDE" store) the first time I walked in the door! IMMEDIATELY I was greeted w/ a friendly "hello" once inside (and everytime I've entered since then!) The "RUDE" store on Kellogg Dr. could learn more than a lesson or two from how this store is run and operated. I've heard from several checkers at this store that customers complain often about the store on Kellogg Dr., and they migrate and start shopping at this beautiful and friendly store. It's no surprise why! I have now found my FRIENDLY, GO-TO permanent grocery store! (And PLEASE read my 1-star review about my experience at the "RUDE" store at 1741 Kellogg Dr, Anaheim, CA 92807 -- DON'T SHOP THERE!!!)”

“This place is great. I get my coffee or matcha drink at the drink counter every work day. The employees are super nice and helpful. The only issue I have is that they only seem to have 1 person working the counter at all time which causes the line to pile up and I’m sure is super stressful for the employees. The other thing is there’s some kid they have working the counter sometimes and every time I order a matcha latte while he’s working it tastes disgusting! I don’t think he’s even using the matcha powder so I’m paying $5 for a nasty drink with no caffeine. It’s happened twice now so he shouldn’t be working there since he hasn't learned over the last few months. I feel management can do better.”

“12/23/23 We stopped by another location (Newport Beach) to picked up food and when I received my order it was clearly not going to be enough for my expected guest, completely frustrated, we left. I ended up calling the Yorba Linda store and was transferred to the Deli where I was relived to hear that they would be able to accommodate my needs, the other store did not offer any suggestions. After we arrived we ended up talking to the Deli Manager and were pleasantly surprised at how helpful and accommodating she was, sorry, I don't recall her name. Please personally thank her for us, this employee went above and beyond to help us.”

“Tracy is the best! I just picked up a turkey for my God daughters 3rd grade class’ Friendsgiving and it was amazing. Tracy went out of her way to make sure it was tasty and she even decorated the Turkey platter with Thanksgiving Decor! Thank you Tracy! I ?”

“Was going to go buy some sushi after going to Smart & Final, but discovered that Friday is five dollar sushi day got great products, good prices on energy drinks, pedigree dog, food that’s hard to find anywhere else, plus I got a great deal on sushi! Smart & Final is winning me over slowly, but surely. And check out their gorgeous, heirloom squash display. Just beautiful.”

“Larry in the pharmacy helped me! Words cannot express how thankful I am that he works there! He helped me catch a mistake my Dr. made when I had been prescribed the WRONG medication. He was so lovely and kind (and funny) and helped me when I was extremely stressed out. He absolutely knows what he's doing and is not just competent, but took the time to actually talk to me and hear what happened and immediately helped!”
