I can not tell you how much benifit I've obtained from the restorative yoga and Reiki. it gives me higher energy level and I sleep great at night. Love it and highly recommend to those who wants better quality of life

It’s a wonderful feeling. In a state of complete relaxation, a lot of energy is absorbed invisibility. Every Saturday I look forward to attend Kristen‘a Rieki class and I am greeted by a whole week of positive energy.
