After working with Fidel on several transactions, I find him to be knowledgeable, thorough and a pleasure to work with. He has been available nights and weekends to answer questions and provide documents in order to get offers submitted in a timely manner. Not only has he proven to know a myriad of options and programs to get clients approved at a great rate, but even helped save a transaction by beating the credit union rate. Fidel Navarro was great I had used him before , if I couldn't fill out a form he would walk me through it on the phone patiently waiting for me to complete it ( I am not computer savvy ) he kept in touch with me every step of the way while it was processing I was not in the dark about anything I would definitely go back to him a third time if I needed to , I highly recommend him .
