We have used Feliz and Associates for many years and they have done an excellent job for us. We primarily deal with Michelle and Teresa and they are both professional, courteous, and timely. I have recommended them to a couple of fellow business owners and they too use them and have been very happy with them.

After our CPA retired and left his firm in the hands of a negligent relative, Michele and her team handled our personal return and two company returns, along with payroll processing. Everyone at Feliz & Associates is so pleasant and knowledgeable that I was stunned by the ensuing incompetency. They did not keep track of prior years' returns given to them, did not process payroll tax payments as required - claiming they did not have the FTP number (they did), and failed to include income on the personal return - that I caught before penalties. I received a tax deficiency notice for one of my companies, was not issued a W-2, and their response time for rectifying these issues hasn't been the greatest. While Michele apologized for the, as she put it, "screw-ups," this level of service certainly increased the anxiety - especially when dealing with the IRS. I thought maybe it was just a bad time or a fluke but I left them a voicemail 3-4 weeks ago about an IRS notice and to-date, I've not had a return call.

Hello I would like to share about my CPA Michelle, I have been with Feliz and Associates for approx imate 25 years, and all this time I have never had one problem with an appointment with making my taxes, I've always been treated with courtesy and understanding, this group is an upright group they do not cut corners they do not do anything illegal, you are well protected in all the laws thank you Rose Rodriguez

I've been coming here for about 5 years and they have been great. Michele is so knowledgeable and helpful with taxes. Stacy is awesome too. I moved out of the state two years ago and I still use them. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I had a strange Tax issue and after letting them know my situation, they were able to expedite my processing get my issue resolved quickly. If I had done this myself, it would have taken a lot, lot longer, and I would not have been sure if I was even doing the right thing. However they took care of everything and I was able to receive a letter from the IRS that they were finally looking into/resolving my issue (IRS was busy during the middle of COVID so they were not able to help much). I worked with Feliz and one of her associates and both of them were very knowledgeable! I was even surprised at how cheap this was, because they had to have spent a lot of time on my issue.

Stay away from this firm. Michele Feliz forgot to file my family’s taxes which I found out about 3 years later and now have to deal with huge fines. Michele is taking zero responsibility for her act and is not answering my email or calls and not doing anything to fix this. When I found out that my taxes weren’t filed I called Michele and asked her to send me electronic confirmation on filing the taxes. She sent me one and hid the truth. When I looked at the document I saw that she only filed it when I asked her about it 3 years later. I gave her several months to fix this. Instead she completely disappeared and not answering any calls or emails. The next step is court. This is very bad business! Stay away.
