One of my worst experiences at a hotel. Check in was a bit slow (room wasn't ready and I was there at 6pm). The gentleman and lady at the desk were very nice and helpful. I was in a rush I stayed here for work - I work overnights and made an arrangement at check-in to Check out late. I agreed to pay $10 hourly to stay until 3:00 and the gentleman at the desk was super nice and very helpful and put notes on my account, I literally watched him do it. I worked overnight, from 8:00 p.m. until after 11am. Needless to say, I was really tired. I knew I only had time to take a nap for a few hours and then I had to drive over an hour and 10 minutes to the location of where I was working that night.
At almost noon I had settled in and was about to lay down when there was a knock at my door. There was a gentleman in business attire with a clipboard at my door, he asked if I planned on checking out because checkout was at 11:00..... I politely told him I was checking out late like I had arranged with the front desk the evening prior. He acted like I was lying and then said the latest I could check out was 2 and it would cost extra (he said it like he didn't think I'd want to pay it). I advised I knew it was $10 an hour and I was happy to pay, I just needed to sleep because I had been awake for over 24hours and had a long drive ahead of me. He told me if I stayed until 3pm I would have to pay for another night. He was not impolite, but he definitely was not there to help me. I was frustrated because after the exchange I was going to have less than 2 hours to sleep and pack the rest of my stuff and get out of the room. I was willing to pay an extra 20 or $30 but I wasn't going to pay $100 to sleep there till 3:00. I laid down and fell into a deep sleep pretty quickly, only to be woken up 20 minutes later by loud pounding on the ceiling, it literally sounded like someone had a room full of 12-year-olds running across the floor and jumping on the bed and scooting furniture. I don't know why it was so loud. I waited thinking maybe someone was just checking out since it was literally 12:40, and then since it continued for 15 minutes I called the front desk and they said they'd notify the manager, at 1:15 I was so angry that I literally just got out of bed packed all my stuff went down checked out and left. That means 20 minutes of sleep after being awake more than 24 hours when I had to drive. Never staying here again, not only was that experience a bad one, but while the room was spacious, it was also pretty haggard, the bed was super hard, the towels and bedding were cheap and not comfortable. I didn't even take a shower there since I was waiting to go to a different hotel that was much nicer at my next destination. Sidenote- the front desk attendant was the same person from the day prior who checked me in and was uninformed that someone had come to my room and did not charge the extra time if been there, he confirmed that the cleaning crew was above me when I'd arranged to be there to sleep. Not feeling entitled, just super disappointed at the lack of communication.
It's a value if you just need a place to sleep and a full size refrigerator... But honestly I paid way too much for checking in at 6:00 p.m. just to head to work so I could sleep the next day and sleeping 20 minutes. I literally wasn't even in my room that long.
The redeeming factors were that it was close to my work, the room was spacious, and the first gentleman at the front desk was very polite, even when I went downstairs to check out he seemed shocked and said well I put that in your notes about late checkout! He had remembered me, took time to triple check the notes were there and also waved the extra 20 bucks that would have been for me to stay until 1:30. I really appreciated that since I didn't get to sleep and I didn't shower, basically all I did was leave my stuff there and put some things in the refrigerator.
I hope others have a better experience.

The staff has been very helpful during my current stay here. There is a staff member at the front desk to provide me with provisions (towels, kitchen utensils, etc.). I am very satisfied with the hotel and their staff.
This is usually my go to place for my business stay when I'm on OT. Yanelis is a great manager and always answers any questions I have. The entire staff are friendly.

This is a noisy place the walls are thin and you can hear every step above because the building was built so cheap. Neighbors are noisy and disrespectful. There you have it.
