“Friendly atmosphere and employees. The app makes it super easy to see my Kohl's cash, rewards and coupons. I went to drop off an Amazon return and I was gifted with a coupon to spend in store. By the way, they have now consolidated both Amazon returns and Kohls into one line. I got lucky only 1 person ahead of me, we'll see how that goes. I wasn't planning to shop that day, but I found a few cute dresses & jacket on Clearence. Only draw back is certain brands and Sephora don't honor coupons, bummer.”

“I made a comment on my last visit to Kohl's that I was unable to find what I was looking for in the brand, size and color that I wanted. To my surprise, I received an email from Melissa asking if she could help me. I gave her the information of the product I wanted. Next day she wrote back stating she had them and I could pick them up at the front register. At the register I was helped by Autumn who gave me a huge smile and asked how she could help me. I mentioned Melissa and what she had holding for me. Autumn immediately retrieved the items, I made my selections and she rang up my purchases and included my 30% discount coupon without my reminding her. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and that included waiting in line. THANK YOU MELISSA AND AUTUMN FOR SUCH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I sincerely appreciate your help.”

“Not all Marshall HomeGoods stores created equal A couple of days ago, I wasn't particularly looking for anything in store, but happened that I spotted few throw pillows that I liked. Wow, they were on clearance sales $18.00 from original sticker price $64.99 a piece. I selected two, and asked the cashier if I could return if they don't work well with my furnitures. Regina, the store key staff, was behind the cashier, she kindly reminded the cashier that starting early October, all merchandise can be returned before January 25, 2024. - with price tags attached. So joyfully I carried these cushions home. It ended up that I went back to the store and got more throw pillows. Regina was always there to assist her associates and me with smiles. I told her that I really like this store, well organized and displayed. I am happy that the store is here in Rowland Heights.”
“Everything was so cuteeee . I was so happy to find a daiso ,I remember one by Bristol and something but it closed down and finding this one made so happy hahaha. I got my baby brother a dinosaur plushie, its so soft and cute he'll definitely like it. Everything was so clean and lots of different products so hard to decide on what to buy and everything was so cheap very good prices . I'll definitely try to come again. “I'm back to commend two people who have helped me come back to being a shopper at JCPENNEY. I recently wrote a review on the Santa Ana JCPENNEY store and because if the selection and service I received there, I decided to go to the Brea JCPENNEY store. I went for a pair of shoes. Nothing fancy but just classic old fashion quality shoes. In the shoe department, I very nice young man Juan Orozco was great at helping me find just what I was looking for. It isvhard to go into a shop and be treated with indifference as I have experienced at many "new stlye" store. Not at this store, Juan listened to what I wanted and brought me several styles to choose from . Then he walked me to the payment place. Thanked me and asked me to return. 5 stars for Juan! Next, Julie Lee,at the checkout line, did a great job as well. I'll be back at Penny's to shop for other things I need.”

There is a large section of furniture..from indoor to outdoor as well.

Daiso is a Japanese company but keep in mind that many of their products are not made in Japan. Prices are generally $1.75 and up, and all sales are final/no returns.
They carry a little bit of everything from household goods, pet supplies, stationery, beauty, snacks, holiday items, and more. Their inventory does not change much, but they are usually well-stocked and a fun place to shop, especially if you're looking for budget-friendly stuff!”

It does get busy in a weekend as locals frequently enjoy coming over to this shopping plaza. I almost forget they have a Baskin Robbins Ice Cream store at that corner.”

“Stopped inside this store today, 11/7/23, while waiting for my car to be serviced. Store looked nice and stocked up and they were even putting out more items all around the sore. Everything looked well organized and grouped together. It was mid day around 3:00 pm . Place wasn't too busy but good amount. I went to my favorite section first, kitchen area, found a nice new pot I was needing, along with some more serving utensils, I didn't need, but what the heck. Took a stroll around the whole store. Finally Went up to pay because my car was ready, line went fast! They had 2 young guys working the registers. I must say they were both very attentive, both smiling, taking amongst themselves between customers. They literally looked as if they enjoyed their work! That is so awesome to see! Typically in a store like this i usually see females around the sane age or a bit older, that look like they hate their jobs and not customer friendly. These 2 guys I give a BIG 5 stars if not 10 stars for their customer service & friendly attitude!!!! Thank you, who ever hired these guys, keep it up! I will stop going to other places and come back to this location for now on.”

“If you're looking for budget-friendly home decor, furniture, or gifts, HomeGoods is your store. I'm shamelessly here every week ?They have a wide range of items and their selection changes weekly, at a minimum. Their prices are unbeatable and selection is great. The only downsides? Their shelves can be disorganized, items are sometimes damaged, and the store is constantly pushing people to sign up for their credit card. Their revolving inventory also means that items may not be restocked again if they sell out so if you're considering it, just BUY IT because it may not be available later!This location is located in a shopping plaza next to Trader Joe's and isn't huge, but not small either. Holiday decorations, candles, faux plants, linens/pillows/bedding, kitchenware, furniture, gifts and trinkets, pet supplies, artwork - they've got it all! They don't carry clothing, shoes, toys, jewelry, or beauty products so look to Ross, TJ Maxx, or Marshalls for that.Have a HomeGoods happy day!”
