Darryl and JJ Jones did a great job in what has to be one of the most difficult situations a realtor can face. My client wanted the property sold as part of a Dissolution of Marriage case and the other party was refusing to cooperate. Darryl was selected by the judge for the listing and began his work on getting the property sold. Despite the difficulty of an angry recalcitrant person refusing to make the property available for show, Darryl was able to get above asking price offers within weeks. I cannot go into too much detail of all the complications that arose in this sale, but I can say that I could not imagine any worse conditions in which to sale a home. Darryle and JJ did NOT disappoint. If they can get above asking price offers under these conditions just imagine what they can do for you under more ideal conditions. Can't say enough about this team and the job they did under such difficult conditions.

At one of the worst times in my life, Darryl came along and gave me some hope for the future. Just days after my mom passed and my dad got out of a nursing home, Darryl stopped me from selling for what my parents worked their whole life for pennies of the dollar it seemed to an investor. He treated me more like a big brother than a realtor, and now thanks to his generosity, knowledge and kindness, things are finally beginning to look up for me and my dad. I couldn't have done it without Darryl and Dodi, who answered all my d*** questions during closing. Darryl has changed my life forever and I will never be able to thank him enough.

I'm absolutely frustrated with Darryl Jones and his completely unprofessional and unscrupulous marketing tactics. I have received numbers calls from services acting on his behalf asking me to sell my home. Despite at least 6 times asking to be removed from the call list, the calls continue. I have no other choice, but to report him and ERA to evey possible space that will make the message clear. Stop spam calling and disturbing people. It's unprofessional and frustrating. If I ever want to buy or sell a home, I will always remember this name as my "do not call list" and I will make sure everyone I encounter gets my recommended realtors as well as my never contact list that currently has Darryl Jones and ERA at the top.UPDATE after Darry's response:I appreciate your response, however I still think you should do more to prevent this service from using your name and agency to recruit customers. Whether it is your intention or not, your name is being used by shady companies that present a nuisance that must be stopped.
