Frank & Kim were absolutely wonderful but recently sold the business. Finally moved my cleaning after 26 years to another place. The new owner left a relative behind counter who could barely speak English. He had to call owner to speak to me by cellphone. No kidding. Today,Was going to drop off cleaning when it opened at 8:30am on Saturday. No one there. another waiting to drop off cleaning. He left. I went to another nearby cleaner and dropped off clothes. They have a new customer. Not the same without Frank & Kim. New owner, in my opinion runs it like a hobby.

I found this location last minute before my trip and they kindly accommodated next day pick up and also were able to pick up my dry cleaning from my work down the street from them , even though they normally only do local home pickups. Amazing customer service and excellent job on my coat. They made a very good first impression and this will now be my main dry cleaners. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Needed to get my jeans hemmed and this was the closest place that offered that service. Very small and clearly family owned place. Prices are fair--you can probably find cheaper but I prefer going somewhere close. To get 3 pairs hemmed cost $33 (I got a 10% bulk discount). They matched the stitching to each individual jeans and finished within a few days. I will definitely come again if I need anything dry cleaned or tailored.

Consistently provides great service. I love that they text you when your laundry is done. They took good care of my clothes. I opened an account and can drop snd run. Then just pick it up. Helps my husband to not have to worry about paying.

Great dry cleaners, both Frank and Kim at Crystal Image are personable and do a wonderful job with our dry cleaning as well as alterations. Even after we moved we still prefer to use them.

I needed a dress shortened and came here. The lady working was so sweet! I dropped it off at 5pm and got a text at 9 the next morning that it was done. Not only were they quick, the lady took the extra fabric left over and made it into a flower for me. She also gave me a bow for free for my daughter. This place is a gem in our community! Thank you for your kindness and great service!

It took me a while to post this review because I contemplated whether or not to let what happened go. I rarely have things dry cleaned. That being said, I looked on Yelp for a location that was close with decent reviews. This place happens to be very close to my house. So I brought my curtains in, which are an off white sturdy pair of curtains. The woman at the counter asked for my information and then told me the price. It was a Thursday or a Friday so she told me they would be ready in a few days. My husband picked up the curtains when we were notified they were ready. He took them home and immediately put them up. When the curtains were hung there was an obvious shrinkage. They were now around 4 inches shorter. Not only that, there were stains that were not removed. My husband called and spoke with possibly the owner and nothing was suggested to fix it. I later called to alert them to the problem and the owner went back and forth with me denying that they shrunk-stating that never happens with their method. I'm pretty upset about what happened because they truly are nice curtains. I got them on sale from Pottery Barn for $60. Now I'm stuck with ill fitting curtains that once touched the floor. I will have to replace them. I believed taking these curtains to a professional would give me peace of mind that they would be cleaned correctly. My problem is I brought them to the wrong establishment. Save yourself a problem and definitely go somewhere else.
