“I have purchased 2 cars through Redline and have gotten exactly what I wanted both times! My most recent... I told them I wanted a tan highlander with tan cloth interior and a sunroof. As low mileage as possible and within my price range. He found me EXACTLY that!! The car was a Repo, in perfect condition other than the tires (he told me it is common for people to swap out tires on cars about to be Repo'd because they can either put the better tires on a different car or sell them) but the price that he got the car for, I still had money left over in my budget to buy new tires. I *love* my highlander and really appreciated the expertise and knowledge Redline has towards the auto auction and the customer service provided was top notch. They told me that the car was being sold to me as is and if I had any problems that it was my responsibility. But they also told me that with only 6000 miles on it the car would still be under warranty with Toyota and I should not have issue. I will use Redline Remarketing any time I need a car!! “Good experience each time I need an in-person transaction. Lines have not been long, Branch Manager Bobby jumps in which adds another Teller. This CU is a partner with my primary CU and they always know the ins and outs of what can be accomplished and offer alternatives. I came in frazzled and in a hurry today, come to find out I wasn't able to excute one of the tasks at a partner branch they way I thought. However..Asst Branch Manager Melissa Gorbea walked me through my options and I left with my goals completed. Thats a win!”

I had an issue at a different branch location, and came here to explain what had happened and how i was disappointed with the false hope/miscommunication I was presented with. They both took the time to listen as well as try to find solutions to take care of me as their valued customer to do anything they can to help resolve the issue that had happened at a different location.
