Usually not much of a line and you can use the pharmacy without a membership.

I've never been disappointed with a meal from Costco--their food is consistently delicious. I especially appreciate the new ordering and payment feature on their devices, which allows me to order, pay, and then simply pick up my order in line--a real time-saver. Plus you can't beat their prices! This location offers ample parking, which is always a plus. Additionally, their checkout lines move quickly, and self-checkout is available, making the shopping experience even more efficient. Overall, Costco continues to impress with its exceptional food quality, convenient features, and efficient service. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great shopping experience.

Tried using this pharmacy only because my local one was not able to get my meds in stock. They grilled me about where I lived and said it should be filled locally. They are now claiming to be unable to receive prescriptions sent over digitally and said I would need to bring in a paper copy of my prescription, which I am unable to do as I see my provider through telehealth. This is now going into the second week of this.

This review is in regards to the food court and tire center. The level of customer service has dropped to incredible lows. The food court has transitioned to "self pay". There is no indication that they don't take credit card at the counter. Service is always slow. Food is already prepared and should be ready to serve to customers. Tire center is always extremely delayed. It is nearly impossible to schedule a tire rotation at this location. If you bring your vehicle in for on the spot you rotation, it'll take all day. If you have an appointment it takes 2 hours minimum. Customer service must rise. Businesses that can't meet minimum levels are sure to go out of business and I will certainly take my business to high service businesses.

How can a wholesale store sell soda for more then retail stored. $20 for a case of 35. Albertson has buy to get 3 free for 60 sodas for 23. Stater has 4.99 each when you buy 4. What is costo thinking. I went from buying 40 cases to none. Albertsons a winner.

This review, is specifically for the employee I dealt with: Shauna or Shawna. I was there during opening a few weeks ago and my god...the way she spoke to the other employees was atrocious. Talking to them like they were incompetent, yelling at them, being rude, etc. I acted like I hadn't observed her god forsaken behavior and tried asking her a question. She whipped around and said "what? What do you want?". I stood there in disbelief and she stormed away. I asked to speak to a manager immediately. I didn't get the name of who I spoke to, but they said Shawna was having a bad day and asked me if I had ever had a bad day and to understand. I was even more flabbergasted. I will no longer be visiting this location, as they clearly allow atrocious people to work there, who do not care about the employees or customers. I will be reporting to corporate as well

These comments have nothing to do with this particular location but Costco in general....Costco's recent changes to their Kirkland water bottles so thin you spill water every time you open one or try and take a drink and now the Kirkland paper-towels do not come individually wrapped.....both of these seem trivial but the convenience is what brings me back to order again...now looking for other options outside of Costco....and don't tell me their trying to reduce their plastic use.....every damn thing in that place is wrapped or packaged in heavy gauge plastic!

Super clean and organized. I did pick up an item that was mislabeled and priced wrong but didn't know about it until after I paid. At the register, the cashier said the price is accurate since it rang up that way. Head over to membership to return the items. Big shout out to Abigail and Christopher working return and refunds. Told them what happened, and they went ahead to talk to their manager. They ended up honoring the incorrect price that was listed for the item, and I got a cash refund of the difference! Thanks, guys!

Hello Yorba Linda Costco Returns Department; I showed up this morning at 10am to Return a Tennis Shoe at the Yorba Linda, CA Costco Warehouse and Kory F was assisting me at the Returns Counter. I asked him a few questions about the return slip I attached to the Tennis Shoe Box. He yelled back at me saying that the store could not get credit for the return if the return slip was on the box. He was really, really moody. I was in shock that a Costco employee would act like that. Normally they take returns without asking any questions. Buyer Beware!!

I have been to several locations such as the one in Fullerton, La Habra, and Cypress, and this location reminds me of the Cypress location. It's not as busy as the other locations. I had a really pleasant experience shopping there today. Well stocked, friendly staff, good crowd. I will be returning many more times to come.

A few days ago we were at this Costco and bought a few hundred dollars of food. One of the items was a 12 case of kernel corn De Monte brand. Open it today to store it and a 12 pack was only 11 cans. Must be the new math! Check all purchases like that. I'm fairly sure it's not Costcos fault. Big corporations screwing us or an assembly line issue. I'll be checking on items like that.

Pharmacy inside Costco @ Savi Ranch. They're behind some of the dry, grocery aisles near the healthcare section with vitamins and supplements. I love their long hours and the fact that they're open Monday through Saturday. They also send handy RX refill reminders and pickup notices via text if you would like. And yes, they offer meds for pets as well! Not sure why all the negative reviews. The line is usually not bad and moves quickly. The staff has always been attentive and friendly. The only big con is that they usually close for lunch, between 1:00 - 2:30pm but timing can vary by day.*** NOTE: Costco offers discounts on medications for their members. Sometimes this discounted price is cheaper than what you would pay WITH your insurance. ALWAYS ask the Costco staff to compare their pricing against what you would pay with insurance because I've found that the Costco price has been significantly lower than my insurance price for 99% of my meds. I was astounded as the cost difference is substantial.

We love Costco and have been a member for 20 years. Both myself and wife work so sometimes we send our son to help. In this case it meant filling wife/moms car for around $100 and arranging service for the tires we ordered to be put on the car for his appointment while he waited around $600. While waiting he went to go into the store to look at the electronics. Out of several guests the employee stopped him and asked to see his card. He happily showed it, but was refused entry as it was wife's/moms card. He tried to explain he had bought gas and tires using it, but the employee was insistent he leave. While waiting he decided to go order something from the outside foods vendor. While standing in line the same employee came over to tell him he is t allowed to order food as it's for Costco members only, to which he again explained he had a card and had just purchased hundreds of dollars of products and was just waiting for the car to be ready. The employee forced him to leave the line. This is no way to treat your loyal customers. Also I would like some clarification on the arbitrary enforcement as well as a pointer to the food court policy. The employee had no common sense, sympathy, nor understanding. In short he wasn't kind and not the type of person that should be working at Costco.

I like going to Costco because they have the best deals best snacks and really good samples sometimes and when you're done shopping you can get a slice of Costco pizza
