The store is clean, spacious, and has a wide selection of electronics no matter what you are looking for. Let me tell you guys that this camera that I was looking for is SOLD OUT EVERYWHERE and it has also been backordered for about a year, not only did they have the camera, but they recommended an even better one which made an amazing gift. I was sister of the year and I have no one to thank but the amazing owner of Mojo Cameras himself. Will definitely be returning here as I felt like a valued customer whose needs mattered! I recommend them! They were able to finish my laptop very quickly. They even even went above and beyond to notice that I had a missing part, and I opted not to fix it because it was just cosmetic. They reached out to me a few days after and offered to install it! Super nice of them and they do value customer satisfaction.”

“The computer came a bit early and it came with the OS it just didn't work I am right here trying to reinstall windows because it was to hard for them to install it, it says there are corrupt files and over all I got a computer with no os BUT they did help me fix it when I called them and at least they did that instead "here have a broken computer"”

“The hard drive on my 15 year old desk top died. Rather than try to upsell me on a new computer Randy told me the old one was fine. He installed a new SSD (very fast) and recovered most of my old files. I was impressed and will definitely use them again.”
“My family recently bought a CAM100 to monitor our home. We live next to a halfway house, and there's no problem with that but some of the people living there have trespassed on our property or threw fireworks in our yard. We have looked into multiple different security cameras and a lot were really expensive but finally we found the CAM100 which gives us everything we needed. Customer service was great in helping us set it up. We feel a lot safer now.”
“These guys still carry and sell a device that is a MUST HAVE if you own the original Buffalo TeraStation! For those that have no idea what I'm talking about other than the brand, the originals were 1TB RAID (4 x 250 IDE/PATA drives and the RAID works only with Buffalo's proprietary system) When unit dies (and it will) you will lose it all! Enter "Dat Optic's Qbox-U" with the Standard IDE/PATA controller, one of the last of it's kind still on the market. Re-set drive jumpers to Cable Select and put them in the Qbox in the EXACT order they were in the TeraStation. Set the Qbox to combine the drives then hit it with recovery software. POOF! If it was a Buffalo system board issue as is usually the case, there you are looking at the data and Buffalo OS. Back the data up and blow the drives away then reformat and start over I have now saved 5 TeraStations and may just buy more of the Qboxes. The box cost is little..the Recovery software hurts more but for under $200 TOTAL, you can do this all day long!”

“I went in to upgrade my phone from the fold 3 to the s24 ultra after having two failed attempts at two previous Best Buy locations. 1st location (Eastvale) said they had the phone in stock. They proceeded to log in to my account and then telling me they didnt have the phone in stock. So I drove to the next nearest location that had the phone in stock. The second location (Riverside) had the phone in stock but were not able to access my account because the 1st location locked it. The lady at the second location didn't do anything to try and unlock it or even call verizon. Then she said she had to leave. So visited this Best Buy in Chino, CA the next day and was helped by David. He was amazing! Great customer service! Explained everything to me from different plans to trading in my old phone. He was even able to access my locked account and access my nonworking phone. I am very satisfied with his service, he went above and beyond to help me. I Will definitely be going back to this location eventhough it's a longer drive from me. Thank you David!”
“I needed a new 4 Pin Molex to SATA Power Cable since mine (black ESATA plastic cover) broke. I didn't want to go far away and order online so I tried the local stores. None of them (e.g., PCS HQ a few doors down in the same building) would give me one except The Laptop Experts. A guy came out right away after entering the lobby. I showed him my old broken one. He went into the backroom and had a spare one to sell. I looked and agreed to buy it. Quick and easy to get a simple part from a store. Thank you! I will return if I need another one badly. I hope they also sell other parts too because it's hard to find any near by stores that sell basic PC parts these days. :(”

“I got my printer fix here recently at this small local mom and pop shop. Found out what was the problem with my printer and got a decent price on the cost to fix it. I was told my printer would be ready by the end of the day. I got a pretty good deal for toner and ink cartridges as well. Service was great and efficient!The owner is was very nice and funny guy. I would highly recommend if anyone has a problem with their printer or copy machine. This place save me a lot time and money. Definitely, coming back and ordering more toner/ink supplies for my office.”

“They have excellent chat, email, and phone support. However, they also allowed me to drop off a broken unit since I lived close by. This is a warehouse, and is not open to the public. But, they still made it easy for me to drop the unit off so I can save a few dollars on postage. Great little business.”

“Great service. I walked in looking for a nice computer, the staff was very helpful, and one guy recommended two computers to me. I came back the next day, was ready to get the faster one, but then he asked if I was interested in a deal on an open box computer. I was thrilled he asked me that and said yes without hesitation. I scored an amazing deal on about a $800.00 computer.”
