A great location! Staff is mostly super cool, I use this gas station pretty regularly and it's never too packed which is nice!

I was at the circle k in brea on imperial on saturday may 7th the hispanic short guy tgere waas nasty and rude he tooj customers out of order other hispanics went first and he did not seem to like his job

Every single time I try to go inside (morning afternoon evening or late night) it's locked with an "on break" sign on the door. Would benefit from a better relief system for their employees. I watched at least 15 potential customers try to go inside and leave in frustration today. You're losing business by cheeping out on staff.

The cashier's are slow and except the one older man the others are usually rude . The rest of the time they are on breaks and usually excessive amounts of time . They should have two people on duty when one is taking a break instead of locking the store up and making all of the customers wait . The restroom needs cleaning ASAP . Disgusting , I wouldn't let my dog use it. This place has some serious management issues that need to be taken care of. The only good thing about this has station is that the prices are lower than most .

The clerk working behind the counter did not wear a mask. During these times, to work in such a public setting and literally have no mask on at all, is careless and rude.

Unfortunately I just had a very rude experience with counter worker Phillip who told me he was too busy to help process a couple lotto tickets. Why has good customer service gotten so hard to find now a days.

Well apparently the clerk can just leave and take a break. Sign in the door says "on a 10 min break" As I was walking up the clerk locked the doors and got in his car (which is parked in front of a pump) It's 7:45 Pm and there are at least 3 people standing here shaking their heads. Time for some new staff!!

So I go into Circle to get something to drink and I got a cup of ice in a polar pop cup. Also I got a bag of chips. So the cashier told me that I still have to pay for the cup of ice. So I told him okay but I don't need the other drink that I was going to pour in the cup of ice. So the cashier which is the short Asian guy (older) gets mad and got an attitude with me because he had to cancel one $1.99 drink. I told him that I don't want none of it now. I DONT LIKE YOUR ATTITUDE!!!! And walked out..... I come and buy something 4 to 5 times a week.... I WILL NOT spend another dimes in this location.
