Poor customer service. We went to the YL Branch 45 min before close time to add a joint account and they said they couldn’t see us and need to schedule for next week or during the week the appointment . Mind you, we were there before close and it would not have taken more than 20 min to open the acct. We will definitely close out account and open elsewhere.

What can I say, why would I bank anywhere else. Erik Moreno, not only took the time to listen but offered many solutions to our concerns. Erik is Relationship banking at its best. If there were an option for 10 stars, he would get em. Thank you, Erik and good job Chase on finding and keeping one of the good ones on your team.

I made an appointment on the app, as it said there was availability on Saturday.When I got there, only lights on with no one inside.Either the app messed up or the bank did not update available hours.Pretty disappointed.

Whenever I visit there, they are super kind!English is not my first language. There are bankers who can speak Korean or Chinese. It was so helpful when I had some trouble.

Long time customer, had an opportunity to work with a private banker named Shane Kim last Friday and I can't say enough good things about my interaction with him. Fast, prompt, accurate, polite just scratch the surface. Do yourself a favor if you are in need of something bank related and ask for Shane. You won't be disappointed!

4 vs 5 because ATMs were down. Had to visit teller for a aimple cash withdrawal. I am sure this is only a temporary situation.

I wanted to write a quick review about Chase and this branch in general. They really know how to treat customer and business owners well. I've been coming here for 20 years and they have their act together and do a great job. They have helped my and my business and they by far have the best credit cards and point system of all banks. Keep it up and let's get through these crazy times.

Just opened a Living Trust account with Chase Private Banker Victoria Berglund. She was extremely helpful and patient as she sorted out the details of the trust. Ive been banking at Chase Village Center for years and Victoria has always had a positive and welcoming attitude and has always been professional. Chase should be grateful to have Victoria as their representative.

This branch has the most friendly service that I've experienced in banking. Staff greets me by my first name even when I've forgotten theirs. Their rates are on par with other brick and mortar banks. The tradeoff for this availability is lowered savings rates; you can find better with online banks.

Chase Bank Rocks! When you want to place your money in a financial institution, I strongly encourage that you seriously consider Chase Bank Yorba Linda in Village Center. They are amazingly friendly and helpful. The know the right ways to treat people, we all presumably would want that customer experience to be the best it can. Thanks Dan for making a positive contribution in service on each visit. Your personal attention to detail and knowing the customer is exceptional. Truly appreciate each of you at Chase Bank.

With myself behind another customer, what looked like a new teller called me Over and when I have her my 2 business deposits she says on a very low voice that she was leaving and rudely gave my 2 deposits to the other teller named Rebecca which has helped me out several times with no issues. And once she did so asked the other customers behind me if she could helped them. All she had to do was say that she didn't no how to do that specific transaction. And she could have not be working chewing gum not very professional.
