Paul the teller at the front for very rude and not helpful at all. Wouldn't let me make a deposit with out my ID but I had my debt card. Not helpful at all

I recently happen to visit this branch. Brian Ellis helped me that day. He was super welcoming and thoroughly answered all my queries. The signup process was super simple and easy, especially for a beginner. A very calm, clean, and tidy place for a bank.

The whole entire staff here is awesome. One staff member in mind is Emily. Emily C. Is so helpful...I got my debit card stolen and she helped me get a new one. She's super socially inclined and just a huge pleasure. Thanks for all your help.

Went to the ATM and tried to pull out $100 from my account. It subtracted $103 from my account but yet on my receipt it said this machine does not give cash right now. So I'm out a $100 and the bank is closed. I tried calling and nobody answers. What do I do? It took the money out but I do not have any cash!!! So irritating!

They only have one teller every time I go there. And they don't let you go in even though there's designated spot that is empty inside the bank. They tell u wait outside in the sun. They should at least have two teller helping customers. Coz the other one is only for opening new account. So if transaction takes a long time due to one teller only then there's going to be a long wait all the time . And shorter hours makes it more difficult!

This branch has the most friendly service that I've experienced in banking. Staff greets me by my first name even when I've forgotten theirs. Their rates are on par with other brick and mortar banks. The tradeoff for this availability is lowered savings rates; you can find better with online banks.

Chase Bank Rocks! When you want to place your money in a financial institution, I strongly encourage that you seriously consider Chase Bank Yorba Linda in Village Center. They are amazingly friendly and helpful. The know the right ways to treat people, we all presumably would want that customer experience to be the best it can. Thanks Dan for making a positive contribution in service on each visit. Your personal attention to detail and knowing the customer is exceptional. Truly appreciate each of you at Chase Bank.

With myself behind another customer, what looked like a new teller called me Over and when I have her my 2 business deposits she says on a very low voice that she was leaving and rudely gave my 2 deposits to the other teller named Rebecca which has helped me out several times with no issues. And once she did so asked the other customers behind me if she could helped them. All she had to do was say that she didn't no how to do that specific transaction. And she could have not be working chewing gum not very professional.

Best bank ever!! Everyone is so nice, the manager, banker, tellers... We have been with this branch over two years, especially thanks to Chris!! Every time when we visit there, Chris is so welcome, patient and consider on our sides. We are not his customers, but we are his friends!! Thanks Chris for letting us know what's the meaning of the "5 STARS customer service." We can confidently say this branch customer service BEAT other banks' services! I lived in Minnesota for a few years, and there was not many Chase banks there in the past (We used to with Wells Fargo). I never imagine that Chase could be our priority bank, but Chris let us know we have to, because we feel comfortable with Chase! In the future, I will definitely refer more of my friends come to this branch. Believe me, they beyond the service than other branches I have been to. This is my only thoughts, and I am not the competitor who wrote this. (If this branch manager could see this, I would sincerely suggest since Chris is so helpful and understands customers' needs, Chris should definitely deserve the future manager position, because as customers, we would like to see and have more bankers like him, and he can definitely deliver his positive core value to the culture of the Chase bank!) Thanks Chase Bank!

Worst customer service. No smile. Didn't want to be bothered. Don't know the tellers name but I was in there on Sat and she was training someone. She should not be in customer service. Attitude galore!

I love this Chase branch, and it would have 5 stars if it wasn't for all the missteps they've had with the "investment advisor" people that have worked here. In general, every single one of the employees at the counter is friendly, capable, efficient, and focused. I have no complaints, and in fact, there are a few that have been there quite a while and just make the experience great. Chad is one of the good ones. The facility has deposit boxes with privacy, which is a plus. My complaint (only complaint) about this branch is that over the course of a couple of years, they cycled through about 5 different "investment advisors," and not a single one of them seemed to know what they were doing. They all struggled with some really basic retirement topics, which is frustrating since what I had them handle was concerning such a common investment tool. Anyway, that's my only complaint, and the person who handles it there now seems to be fine with everything. Plenty of parking, a drive through ATM (and walk up) makes this a really convenience branch.

This branch is very welcoming to people. The two people who helped me were very friendly and gave me water and other things and got me out within 5 minutes. Great company chase!
