I've lived in this area basically all of my life. I actually had been coming to this place for a few years && over the years my experiences just got worse. The only good thing about this place is their relatively low prices. When you first walk in this place doesn't even look like a proper nail salon. They use roller chairs for their clients which is SUPER dangerous to me because when I was getting a pedicure my roller chair kept moving and I could not relax or enjoy the pedicure what so ever. You always have to wait forever and they over file and have cut my skin before from doing that. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! If you live within this area in the same strip mall there is another nail salon across the street with much better service and ambiance within their salon; definitely would recommend going there instead of this cheap, run down, and disgusting nail place!

Went to another nail salon for a manicure and the specialist informed me the glue was not even properly removed from my nail. Poor quality and over charged.

RUN!! Go somewhere else 1st experience with the owner was decent. French tip $50 2nd time I was expecting the same lady because when I called I had spoke to her and asked "do you have time for a fill and pedi right now and she said yes" of course when I got there not one lady was available.... Pedicure was decent and expensive. My nails are ugly because they are ... -uneven -couldn't get the color I really wanted ( I showed them a picture before they started and they said they could do it) -she cut my finger said sorry then forgot she cut it and put the final step of gel/alcohol which burned! - all my fingers are still throbbing - all of the lady's talk between themselves in Vietnamese or whatever it is. I asked them what they said at one point and ignored me - paint all over my cuticles - the designed sucked I asked for smaller stones and she continued with the larger ones because she didn't look for smaller ones and didnt understand me - Did I say that I was there for a TOTAL of 3 HOURS!!!! -ruined my nails, took my money, and ruined my f ing day RUN AWAY!!!

I love this place! You might have to wait, but the price and service is worth it! They do great work, I have been going to lee and Lori for years. I definitely recommend

I've been going to Nail Art for 15 years or so. I love this place! They always come in earlier or stay later when I call for my appointments. Reading the negative comments leaves me baffled because I have never seen them treat customers poorly. I can only assume that they may be competitors leaving poor comments. My nail technician used to be Stephanie but since she has gone onto a different career path, I've been going to Lee for my pedicures and Lori for my manicures and they never disappoint. They are thorough and always ensure that I am satisfied. Other salons always rushes me out for the next customer but never at Nail Art, they are about quality and so if I have to wait a few minutes for my turn then I wait. Love Love Love my nail ladies!

My worst experience. Please save time and money, worst gel manicure I have ever had. She honestly did a horrible job. The nail polish was up to my cuticles. And left them very dirty with gel polish on my hands. So sad, not worth 24.00. I tried the new nail spa in same shopping center a little more pricey, but so worth it. Please don't waste your time
