Pueblo is easy to find with such a freindly smile and helpful attitude. He seems to be everywhere aiding costumers.
Johnny was very kind to my daughter when he helped her with new accounts after getting her first job.
David was super nice to help me open a C.D. even though I didn't have an appointment. He was informative telling me of an accessible C.D. that I ended up doing later one.
The tellers are friendly too and it surprises me when they know me by name.
The more banking I do here the more I like bank of america. An in person banking experience is unbeatable.”
“I refinanced a loan with SDCCU. They were easy and straight forward. I had a hurdle and they denied the loan on a Fannie Mae rule but then listened to my rebuttal and the loan got approved. It was a pleasant experience all the way through the process. Plus they had the best rate on the market at the time. I also had to write a number of checks for bills and also disbursement of my MIL's assets. Cynthia walked me thru the process, which took months, and she was patient all the way. But - the entire staff treated us like we were family every time we came in. A model of how businesses can conduct transaction in a friendly manner !”

“Big shout out to Terri and Susan ! These two really are the best here at this location. I had an issue at a different branch location, and came here to explain what had happened and how i was disappointed with the false hope/miscommunication I was presented with. They both took the time to listen as well as try to find solutions to take care of me as their valued customer to do anything they can to help resolve the issue that had happened at a different location. Again, I'm so glad these two were able to start off the help I needed and escalate the matter further to get better assistance and resolve the issue for me. Happy holidays, and thank you both again !”
