Very service oriented. I had to take over my mother in laws account after she passed away, and additionally cash in a huge pile of savings bonds. I also had to write a number of checks for bills and also disbursement of my MIL's assets. Cynthia walked me thru the process, which took months, and she was patient all the way. But - the entire staff treated us like we were family every time we came in. A model of how businesses can conduct transaction in a friendly manner !

Terrible terrible terrible service ever!!!! If there were zero start option I won't rate 1. I went to deposit cash to my two business accounts. The lady with glasses maybe the manager was super impatient. she said you know people would not like to touch cash during the pandemic with bad mean attitude.

The worst banking experiences for business I have ever had is in this center.Always booked even though bank is almost empty when I arrive there.Never had my issue solved from the three times I went there for a minor business account related service. If it was not a big hassle to change business account I would have changed to a different bank.

Closed a minute or two early on 8/31/2022. Disappointing to have driven to this branch and discovering this.. Limited banking hours for small businesses like ours makes doing business tough.

Worst experience at this branch. Never coming here again. Manager is a rude lady who is not helpful at all. She had a disgusting attitude and continued to harass me while the teller (also rude girl) completed my transaction. This bank put an EXTENDED hold on my check causing my account to be negative $900!!! This branch proceeded to freeze my account and customer service could not assist in any way or form. Do not come inside here!

This applies to a few bank of Americas in the area, but writing the review on this one since it is where I opened my business account. I needed ONE of TWO documents through them to validate my business account and they were not able to provide either.#1 They said that a signed document was too much of a liability. The bank has been open for years and it wasn't a liability when they wanted to open a business account.. all they needed to do was verify the account is mine: I had my debit card and ID and I have been going to this bank since I was born.... #2 they were not able to provide a single check with my business name that looks somewhat decent. I would NOT open a business account with them in the future or advise anyone to.

It’s a very disappointing experience, I walked in this branch today and just wanted to get an online bank account, and the front desk told me I need to come next Monday, EXCUSE ME? Who do you think you are? I am the client, and there are plenty of the banks out there, and you are telling me to wait for that long for just get an online user name? And the lady said she was the manger of this brand and this is the situation that none is available today for get an online account for me, they don’t accept walk in customer. By the way, her attitude is cold and tough, 0 star, but I don’t think she will care about it at all. Well, good, I am not going to your branch any more, and for your bad service.

Extremely slow service. Sat in the lobby while one teller helped one lady for nearly 20 minutes just for her to schedule an appointment. If your in a rush don’t come here

TERRIBLE SERVICE - went into wire funds and was told to come back in 51/2 hours because they only had one banker and I should have made an appointment. Advised to go to main branch 4 miles away and have to wait 30 minutes because they are under construction and short bankers. First store said it was because they are a small banking center. I guess their strategy is you can get your money when it’s convenient for Bank of America. Their national footprint was the appealing aspect to choosing them but will be looking for another national bank.

Heres my petty review. I always thought banks closed at 5 pm not 4 literally came in at 4 stood in line to make a bill payment for a loan and the asian lady walks out of the office area and says "sir we're closed at 4." I've been in the service industry for many years and all the places that l've worked at we have never turned down a customer even if they came in 10 minutes after closing time. Such a shame.

The bank has been remodeled. Looks very nice. The tellers and support staff are extremely efficient, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I've been going there at least 17 years.

Bank of America is generally bad but this branch takes the cake. Long time customer can't get simple things done without a hassle, and most of the staff has limited command of the English language. I have nothing against an accent but not being able to communicate is an issue. Today was finally the straw that makes me take my business elsewhere. Not just me either it seems BofA is one of the poorest rated companies in America.
