Had a young girl who wouldn’t even acknowledge me when I was checking out. She was too busy talking on the phone. She seemed more concerned with her social life than work. Plenty of other gas stations nearby to take your business to with great customer service. Avoid this location.

So I can buy alcohol at 12am but I can't buy a gift card that's so stupid. When I asked the cashier, why? She couldn't give me an answer and kept talking and giggling at her phone like what the hell dude??? The only thing I could think of it's bc of scammers but they can do that in the day time! Also it's 24/7 store and they advertise having gift cards. But apparently only at certain time bffr

Absolutely worst service ever at a convenient store. I tried to buy some alcohol before Super Bowl and he wouldn't accept my ID. I look young I get it but I don't like to carry around my passport and if you aren't going to give an explanation as to why you won't accept my drivers license then you shouldn't be a cashier and should only be in the back. I hate telling people how to do their jobs but just ignoring customers is not the correct answer. I get it's a family store but finding a dumb high schooler to work isn't hard. If you need alcohol go to a liquor store and if you need lottery tickets. People are really nice at other local convenient stores.

Of course they don't have slurpee cups or straws. And of course they won't honor the deal of buy one get a free small with 7 Rewards, because they don't have small cups! Idiotic people working here, rude, and ill-supplied. Prices are over regular too. Kindly be gone!

Went to this store around 1 in the morning with my sister. The date was 7/11. There was an older Indian lady working who seemed quite tired. I asked her about the 7/11 promotion for free slurpee; to my surprise the woman looked at me like she had no clue what I was saying. I typed in my number for rewards and she waited for me to pay. But she had charged me for 2 slurpees. I kept trying to communicate with her but she doesn't understand English. I ended up just paying for it and leaving. PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE WHO SPEAK ENGLISH!!!!

Very rude person..time is 2.5 when I enter 7-ELEVEN. Iam a uber driver every night Iam going to different places to trip and when iam hungry iam going to 7-ELEVEN for buy 19 spicy wings but this guy's aid we make wings only in morning. Mu oven is shutdown. So why 7-ELEVEN open 24hr. Shutdown. This guy make fool me. Never recommend to go this store. Don't waste time to go this place.

On Google maps it says they are open 24 hours well I get here it's 4:25 AM and they have both doors locked nobody in sight on the inside you need to fix your s*** 7-11 And this is the 711 In Yorba Linda off of Lakeview & Yorba Linda

Rewards system does not work at this location. Employees were extremely unaccommodating and insulting. It's worth the drive to the Valley View location. Avoid this location.
