At first I needed an arbitrary 4 digit number to pay my bill every month. So after months of paying a few days late bc I had to find time to call every month to get the number, I signed up for auto pay. After 2 years of auto pay, I get a phone call saying I'm 4 months behind on my car payments!! Because they decided to use a different company. "Didn't you get the letter in the mail?" They send mail ALL THE TIME and it's never important. Instead of ruining my credit, you could have reached out sooner. I was about to wake up to my car missing when I THOUGHT I was being responsible. Now, since I no longer have auto pay bc there was this whole process with an email and a pass code that expired at midnight that night, I'm trying to pay online with my 4 digit number, and they're telling me it's invalid!!! Are these people purposely making it hard to pay them? I'm trying to take care of my business but they just want to make you jump through hoops at every turn!! Why can't I just set it up w a password like every other site that you pay? Especially since I've been through every stupid letter I could find from them and NONE of them have my account number? I'm paying off this car, withdrawing my savings with them, and never dealing with this difficult little bank again!!!

DO NOT USE YOLO FEDERAL I have been a customer for 10 years, but they have ZERO benefits over a regular bank. in fact, since they have no sister branches, they are useless outside of Yolo county. dog shit customer service, dog shit policies, dog shit staff, dog shit management. I set up a business account with BOA because they have a direct deposit matching bonus. so, unfortunately I overdrafted, on accident on my Yolo federal account. they don't waive the overdraft fees, they refuse to cash any checks for me, while they have been loaning out my checking and savings money for a decade. switch to boa for $250-1000 matching bonus and fuck Yolo federal

I have been with Yolo Federal credit union since I was 16, and everytime something important comes up I have an issue. My last straw came when I was in Virginia and I had my entire family with me, we had to book a hotel as we were stranded. My card declined saying I was over the limit for the day. I get paid every Thursday and never miss a payment. I asked if they could raise the limit for the day as this is an emergency. I have a 3 year old, 8year old, and a 13 year old with me. They said no they cannot. When I opened my account it was also set as a credit card however the lady said they removed that which I have never removed it nor received anything from them indicating a removal of the credit line even though I never use it. My family is spending the night in our vehicle because of this issue. I am switching banks and only giving my experience for those who have a large family. If you get into any situation Yolo Federal credit union is not the bank that will help you. Very disappointed but happy to start a new account with a more upstanding bank who cares about their customers.

If your thinking about doing business with Yolo Federal Credit Union, think again. I recently got scammed a month or so ago so I had to get issued a new card. And clearly, it's hard for the teenagers behind the desk to issue a card, activate it, and set up a PIN number. Need I mention I called they're automated bot SEVERAL times and called their main branch about it six times. Yolo Federal claims that it's not the bot's fault, but instead the newly issued card. Oh really? How does that work? Especially when I activated one of the cards using another phone with a different number and Yolo once again closed the card? I then got frustrated with their online services so I went to the local branch on Woodland Main Street. I also spoke with the people waiting in line and told me horror stories about their experience with Yolo Federal. Someone had a wire transfer and it wasn't paid IN MONTHS. Another individual said some money was lost in their bank account. Another said their checks are not going through to their account. AND ALL OF THIS IS BECAUSE OF THEIR NEW AND UPDATED SYSTEM. And need I say, when I asked the teller if they can give me their manager, they were lying through their teeth stating that they already contacted the manager when she really went out on a lunch break. I have been doing business with Yolo federal for about 10 years now, and there was never an issue up until this point in time. I even sent them an email stating how unhappy I am with their poor service, and not once have I gotten a reply back. In summary, they're new system doesn't work, they were better off with the old and outdated system because it actually worked. They are understaffed, so you're stuck waiting in line for hours until one of the lost and inexperienced tellers are willing to help. They're automated robot doesn't work and keeps locking my number. And they don't give you the time or the day to actually help you. So if you want to do business with Yolo Federal, search elsewhere. It's a nightmare, they don't have their act together, and they are soon going to lose a loyal customer.

If I could give this "credit union " a below zero rating, I would. DO BUSINESS AT YOUR OWN RISK. They admittedly screwed up my credit rating. I received a late notice on a bill from Experian. It was Yolo C/U. I called. The person on the phone couldn't give 2-sh**s about my problem. I asked to speak with a supervisor. I am still waiting. I called later in the day and spoke with someone else, who actually took the time to research the issue. I DID MAKE MY PAYMENT FOR THE MONTH AT ISSUE! The cupcake that took my payment over the phone NEVER RECORDED IT ON MY LOAN! The moron who took my payment over the phone, called and admitted she forgot to post it. Like it was no big deal. Yes, I have proof the email and the withdrawal from my bank account. The State of California takes screwing with peoples' credit and money very seriously. Yolo C/U is going to find that out shortly. Guess what? Not covered by your B.S. arbitration clause.

Terrible customer service! Had my bank account used in suspicious activity and on the first time even with a police report they still ruled it wasnt froud!! With a POLICE REPORT!!!!!! Done with this bank as their security sucks!!! I cant even log into my account to see whats going on!!! Constantly under maintenance as the sustem clams
