She was very patient. Our dog Alfie has eye and ear issues.which requires diligent administration. Stephanie helped schedule follow up appointments with the vets for Re-check along with a few other concerns. Very helpful and accommodating. Thank you for all your help.

Do not use Woodland Veterinary Hospital if you are in the Sacramento area, unless you want to be told you will have to pay for an emergency visit because of a mistake your vet made. So of the staff trying to put the blame on you for their vet's error causing you to have to pay over a thousand dollars on another surgery to fix what their vet left in you poor dog's paw cause more damage and pain. Then having to call over and over because after waiting over four hours they still have not bothered to call you back. Then when the manager finally calls you back they tell you that they have yet to hear from the vet in question. A week ago the manager said she would be speaking to the owner of the company. Still no response. It has been over two weeks.

We had an amazing experience! Alastor out Kitten, who is female, was sick and we brought her the vet, everyone was very kind and hardworking, I really appreciate the support in our situation!! The price was a bit more as expected, but luckily they gave us time and pricez to go off by and it really helped...
Another recommendation is to get insurance, Good veterinarian service...
Go to woodland veterinary hospital and I would recommend spot pet insurance! ☺️?

This place is amazing, and this is coming from a veterinarian. Twice this hospital came through for me at a time in need. The most recent time, they took me in for an emergency visit, short notice on a Friday despite being booked up. The Doctor performed some basic diagnostics and found a giant abdominal mass in my 14yo dog. Due to the poor prognosis and the fact that my dog was uncomfortable, we elected to euthanize. Not only were they sweet and empathetic, but they also didn't charge me for any of the basic imaging that they performed. I strongly recommend this hospital.

Woodland Vet is absolutely amazing. Their staff are kind, knowledgeable, and patient. We have had many animals receive care here and we trust them. Dr. Rode is amazing!

Our dog Mokke was limping & had some plant material embedded in her, so we took her in for an emergency. She had a bad experience at a different vet so she was terrified! The team was extremely kind and accommodating, took care of her super fast and she came out wagging her tail like nothing had happened! So grateful to everyone who helped us.

Why do they only allow 5✨ when some places should receive 10✨✨ Very loving with animals, the front dest is also a 10✨ rating. You cannot go wrong taking your loved one here... Thank You Very Much for Helping me with my 136lb Rottie Buddy. ??❤️

I board my dog at Woodland Veterinary hospital and I have interacted with Dakota many times. Dakota is always friendly, helpful and professional. She makes WVH a great place to bring my dog.

I come here solely for 2 of the doctors I have teched for before who are amazing !!!! I have been a vet tech for 10 years but I've been in specialty for the past 3 , so long story short I need a GP doctor for my pets who I breed . I will say my experience has been really good until yesterday with one receptionist who was extremely rude and challenge me the whole time(wish I knew her name ). I didn't tell her I was knowledgeable in the field but I did tell her , some of the information she was giving me was misleading and false. She was very rude over the phone and would not listen , by the end of the conversation she told me they recommended me taking my stuff and going elsewhere , which was to no fault of my own that the communication on her end was just not it. I reached out to manger so hoping for a call back to clarify the situation and hopefully they can make this right. 12/1/23 Just want to give an update , I never got a call from a manger nor did I ever get my pets medical records .
