I really wanted to write a good review for this place but they let me down with the way our security deposit was handled. We moved out in September and after MONTHS of calling for our deposit and making a post we finally got it around February/March. However instead of the 500 we received 80. There were no detailed reports of what was being charged and why.

O’naria and Shannon was really helpful. This was my first time renting an apartment and I really didn’t know what I was doing. They both helped me with my renters insurance and PG&E. O’naria even stayed past her work hours just to help me get everything right. She went beyond great customer service, it felt like a good friend was helping me. I am definitely going to recommend friends and family to Woodland Crossing. Thank you so much O’naria for all of your help

Don’t expect to get your Security Deposit back. They say they’ll contact corporate but never follow up on when it is actually going to be sent.

The new staff are amazing. I went for a tour at Woodland Crossing and a few residents were out and about. They were telling me what great a great manager they have now and how the staff are on top of everything around here. Since the new manager came it seems like everything is getting done on time and or ahead of time. Also one person expressed that they I could find a better place to live, other then here.

O'Naria and Shannon were so helpful from the start. The minute I walked in I knew I was going to get the most help needed. Shannon was nice enough to thoroughly help me with my application while O'Naria on the other end was helping me with income and email set up. These two ladies go above and beyond. The community is great, quiet, neat and safe. Blessed to be staying here.

I recently took a tour of this place which was given by the tour guide Mariya, she was very nice and helped us with anything we brought up. This place was really pretty with a nice outdoor area perfect for relaxing.

Martin just came out on an emergency repair and actually replaced my broken-open toilet tank on a holiday weekend within an hour. I’m so thankful. Rogelio came out yesterday within 10 minutes of me reaching out and got my heat turned on in this cold weather. Shannon has been wonderful through this whole process of me coming out from Chicago. A huge thanks to PLP for making one piece of my cross country move a lot easier!!!

Management seems great. Price is good for the area, apartments are old but updated. Thin walls and creaky floors. Shady neighborhood, moderate crime.

Spoke with Kailey a few weeks ago after she said to reach out and nothing was solved. It's already "too late." I'm not sure why they respond to yelps. It's either them saying to contact and nothing can be done or kailey and Ken responding to someone acting like their being nice but telling the tenant it's their fault throughout the whole reply. Smh.

This review mainly highlights how excellent Sarah is at providing THE BEST and most respectful service I have experienced.My doggie and I moved in this past summer, and Sarah guided me through the ENTIRE process. She replied to my questions promptly, and I felt comfortable given the current pandemic where I could not physically visit and inspect the property in person. My family helped me move at the time, and it was OKAY. It wasn't great because my heater was not working.Most importantly, the AC unit was NOT working, so my family was happy about the move but sweating EXCESSIVELY due to the heat and the minimal airflow in this unit. The unit is insulated, which is great because it's tranquil for people to work from home and talk without disturbing neighbors comfortably. BUT the non-working AC was not ideal AT ALL. I contacted the property manager, but they would not respond to me. So I e-mailed Sarah, and she worked her magic, and BAM, the AC issue was fixed!!! Communicating with Sarah has been the best, and I wish she were our property manager as she takes all of my questions and comments very seriously. Sarah goes the extra mile, and for that reason, I am giving a good review of this apartment complex. PS. I've never met Sarah in person. Sarah if you are reading this, THANK YOU!!! I am really grateful for all of the assistance.
