Read this first- there is always an one off but after the way I was treated I know this is their standard. When I first arrived I wasn't sure if you stay in your car, like other places or get out. No one came out, no big deal, so I went inside. There were 3 workers in Service and no other customers. The staff was talking and continued their conversation while I stood there. Several minutes later they told me someone would help me soon. They finished their personal conversation and than helped me. After a diagnostic test they were able to find something off in my car, I went for a strange sound. I was told they could not fix my car without pulling the car apart and I would have to pay for approximately 12 hours of labor even though its under warranty. Than even though they found something wrong they charged me for a diagnostic test, which is against their policy. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. They are greedy and money hungry. They will screw you over. Go to any other place. After talking to the service manager he hung up on me!!! They are rude with bad ethics. I would give them 0 stars if I could it was that ridiculous.

I'm not usually the type to write a review but my experience here was that bad. I recently got a 2015 Cadillac Escalade and brought it here for an oil change and for them to take a look at a few other things. They had my car for weeks and only did an oil change and tire rotation. They claimed they're still waiting on parts for the other repairs but couldn't give me a date on when they'll arrive just that they're on back order. I had to keep calling for updates as there was very little communication on their end. And they would tell me only one service advisor knows what's going on with my car and I have to wait for them for an update. Finally they let me pick it up and said they'll call when the parts come in. I brought it back to them a week ago and they said it'll be 11 hours worth of work. A week later it's ready but the only reason I found that out is once again I had to call. When I pick my car up there is grease stains all over my carpet and interior. And my service suspension light is on which they were suppose to fix. I planned on bringing my car here for years to come to be serviced but I will not be coming back.

Very bad customer service please be careful if you ever decide to buy from them. They sold me the wrong part for very expensive then when I came back to return it they refused to return it even though they confirmed they made a mistake and got me the wrong part. I also tried to do the return within the open return timeframe. I didn’t even blame them for getting me the wrong part and causing extra headache for me going back and forth for a part. I told them I wanted to return it and buy the right part but this happened. Please think twice before buying anything from them.

Because we were buying an electric car that was in high demand, we did all of the initial legwork over the phone with our salesperson, Vinny. He was great and walked us through everything. The car we purchased came in on the day he said and we went down to the dealership to finish up. Vinny had everything ready and between him gathering the final info and heading over to financing, we were in and out in about an hour with our new car. The car was washed and charged up. We were very happy with the service and will definitely go back when we are ready to buy another car.

We drove up from Los Angeles to Tahoe this week and - amidst the crazy weather, snow, rain, wind, closed interstate 80 - our Escalade started to make strange ticking noises and almost felt like we had a flat but we didn't. We were recommended Woodland Motors by our concierge and they were AMAZING. They were so helpful and kind, and had our car completely fixed the same day. Every one was amazing - especially Marco and one of their sales guy (don't remember his name). They turned what could've been a nightmare trip into a fun and memorable vacation. Thank you and HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

Would give zero if allowed. We had a deposit on a truck to hold it until we picked up the next day. The deposit is taken by the dealership to HOLD the vehicle for you. These shady guys called at 4pm the night before to say they decided to sell it to another person for 9k over asking. And we had to wait for the deposit to be returned. Very unethical. Very shady way to do business. Would never, ever go to this dealership. We are certain the sales guy had no say in the matter and is a good guy. Management made a shady decision. We ended up buying from San Jose dealership where the staff was amazing. Don't go here. Spend your money where they run an ethical business.
