The customer service sucks they try their best to make your life miserable. I called them and they said I could pick up my books but when I came they said no we don't have them.

This bookstore sucks. The prices are too high and they have terrible customer service. They wouldn't give me my book, and kept making excuses so I couldn't buy it or get it.
