Got new front bumper and AC condenser replaced on Toyota corolla. Called on June 5th and got appointment for estimate on June 12th. After that the appointment for repair was scheduled for June 19th. Picked up the car on June 21st after the repair. Everything was on time and no delay. Thanks for the quick turn around. It's hard to drive in the summer months without AC.

Edit to respond to owner. It's coming up on a month and it still is not resolved. They fixed a someone else's car under my claim number. Now Woodland is asking for a new claim number. You need to get this resolved because it's taking way too long. This is taxing way too long and taking a lot of time and energy for something that should have never happened. The claim was approved for repairs at the end of May. We don't own a Mercedes. Your staff should have triple checked.

Was in a minor car accident and received a claim number to repair my vehicle from the insurance company. They took my claim number and repaired another customer's Mercedes with it. I do not own a Mercedes. Now I can't get my car repaired and dealing with the insurance company they keeps saying this is approved and woodland body works said they need another claim number. It was woodlands fault for repairing someone else's car. It sounds like they don't have competent people working there. I wouldn't recommend this shop. They fraudantly used my number for someone else. It's not a simple mistake. The name on the claim is unique, so it shouldn't have happened.

Getting in a minor collision when you’re not at fault can be super overwhelming to deal with. The team here made the process so simple and was so nice the entire time. I felt like a HUGE bother going back and forth with insurance after they created an estimate while I did my research and made a decision on my car. Cory, Sal, Yesenia and Trevor (if i forgot anybody i’m so sorry, i’ve talked to so many people in the last week about this dang car) never once made me feel like a hassle and were straight forward with me so that i could make an informed decision. I decided not to have my car repaired and they put it back together, only charged for the labor thus far AND it was clean when they returned it (hence the picture). The damage from the collision even looked better. Would happily bring my car back in the future if needed, hopefully it’s not needed ?

My 2 experiences have been great. I have AAA insurance and it has been so easy to get the repairs set up. Everyone has been very friendly and knowledgable about the service. No hidden surprises. I really like the text messages about the progress. Highly recommend.

This is not about the body shop in Woodland, but in Red Bluff CA.
Great service, they kept the promised schedule, returned the car in great, cleaned and detailed condition, would recommend to others without hesitation. Also they did all communication and negotiations with the involved insurance company. Overall, best experience I can imagine.
