I’ve been a Verizon customer for years, and among all my family members my account has nine lines with them. Ive bought all of my devices through them. They make a lot of money off of me. And today when I came in with a refurbished phone and asked for help in getting it registered and set up, they were going to charge me 40 bucks. Just can’t believe it.

Alonso made my experience pleasant. By far the best Verizon experience yet! He was very informative and helpful throughout my whole process. If you want a good experience definitely ask for Alonso! He demonstrated a lot of patience and professionalism throughout my time at the store. His coworker ezikel jump in as we wrapped up our visit. His work and help are acknowledged and very appreciated as well. Thank you again! Hope these employees recieve some time of compensation for all their hard work

Alonso is a customer service all star! I lost my phone. He explained all my options.He answered my many questions. I decided to purchase a new phone. I need one for my job. He set everything up in a very timely manner. I really appreciated his patience. I left the store extremely happy! A huge thank you to Alonso.

All my data from my What's app and Signal app was lost because it was not transferred directly from my old phone to the new phone, even though I asked more than once if all my data was being transferred. This is very disappointing. I was also not informed of the fee for this service.

I was helped by a young lady. She had the best customer service I have experienced in a while. She was patient and very helpful. My phone wouldn’t charge and my father has passed away and I’m on his acct. so there was a little extra verification needed and once we got through that she explained my new bill and even helped activate the phone. Sorry I didn’t get her name but thank you kindly for your patience and the help.
