Worst Verizon store ever! Just sent my son and grandson away saying account was restricted….when my son is an admin on our family plan we have had for 15 years…what a mess.

Great experience here. Only disappointing thing was this was my first iPhone purchase and no headphones were included with the pro 15. Not their fault just bummed I have to yet again make another purchase.

Zeke was so polite and accommodating. While i waited he would help other customers, as he should, i was waiting on uploads, but he carried grace and always made me feel important. This Verizon is the best one ive been in for help and professionalism. Good job, guys. Ill be back

Careful when trading on your phone! we traded in my mom's iPhone 13 Pro Max for the 14, and they gave her a ~$1000 “credit” which we didn't really realize what that actually meant (and of course they won't explain it to you and he made it sound like we were getting $1000 off the total of the new phone) but they won't take off $1k from the payoff/total amount left on the new phone, rather they give you tiny credits/discounts every month for 36 months to equal that credit amount and if you want to pay off your phone early then the credits won't apply at all to the whole and you will need to pay full amount on your own! Leaving Verizon back to T-Mobile not worth getting tiny discounts when we gave them a nearly new iPhone 13.Be careful when changing your phone for a new one! We traded in my mom's iPhone 13 Pro Max for the 14 and they gave her a ~$1000 “credit” which we didn't really realize what that really meant (and of course they won't explain it to you). They don't deduct $1000 from the total payment/amount left on the new phone, but instead give you small credits/discounts each month for 36 months to match that credit amount and if you want to pay off your phone early. You will have to pay the entire new price for your phone without any discount! I'm going to get my family off of Verizon better and go back to Tmobile. It's not worth it to give you small discounts per month when we gave them a new phone.
