Great and very trust worthy shop that I have been to. Todd is a very nice man and I trust him with my f150 along with the rest of my families cars. I like how they can diagnosed an issue and get the job done fast. I came from using franchise shops where my truck will sit there for a week waiting for a new part to come in but triple crown seems to have parts on hand, it’s helpful because we are always using our vehicles for something.

The distinct lack of concern toward me and of basic diagnostic principles, or any semblance of the customer service desire to provide a decent experience was just not in the cards. The best thing done here was having them advising me to go to the dealership for any problems, because they didn't have any equipment or know how that one might expect, outside of a basic oil change for ~$180. I'm not confident the full multi point inspection or the oil change was even done, or done properly. The apathy throughout the whole experience was suffocating and served as a salient reminder to choose the people, then their product / service.

Todd was nice at first but the more I've dealt with him and his shop, he's proven to be a very rude and disrespectful person who seems to care more about my fiancé than doing good and honest business with me and I've spent a LOT OF MONEY here! Will NOT EVER come back! It's all about respect, or in this case, the lack thereof. Should be ZERO STARS! And believe me, there's much, MUCH MORE that I could say but this should be enough. My reviews have over 12,000 views! Hope this helps!

Originally was pretty impressed. I had an appointment set for a repair they said I wasn't listed as scheduled which was odd but they completed the repair and did a good job. I scheduled another appointment for a diagnosis for both an on and off issue as well having my suspension checked. Todd advised the on and off issue he couldn't help with if my car isn't making noise which is fair and they were too busy to and didn't have time to check my vehicle. Not sure why they agreed to schedule me in for the first place if they were overbooked. I'll be looking for a more professional and punctual mechanic.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very slow and not very helpful I called for two days for a ac recharge (30 min job at best) and was told first if I leave my car over night it might be done the next day lol. Even after i told him I live in Sacramento thats pretty unreasonable if you ask me.. Then when I called the next day I was told I will be able to get it done next week. The only reason I even called is because I work less then half a mile down the road and would have been convient. I was told to keep calling around someone will help me when I asked for a recommendation. If you can steer clear of this place

The service is very good. I had a dead battery and called Citizens Towing. They jump started the car. I then drove to Triple Crown Auto Repair and Todd checked the electrical system and the battery. The battery was bad so he cleaned the battery terminals and the battery compartment. Then installed a new battery. The car is running good again. He does all auto repairs for us. He is the only mechanic we use to fix our cars. I highly recommend the excellent service he and his mechanics provide.
