“We received such quality, knowledgeable, and friendly service from the owner of USA Tires. We were stuck on I5 in 115 degree heat with a flat tire on our Tesla a couple of weeks ago. It was an ordeal getting a tow truck to us in Colusa County and finding a shop that could repair or replace our tire. Some shops just couldn't promise anything since it was a Tesla. However, when we called USA Tires, the owner's son answered with such positive energy and reassurances that they could help us. Indeed, their confidence over the phone translated in authentic, reliable service once they examined the car. They checked every tire and only replaced the one at a reasonable price. They explained everything clearly plus offered additional info about Tesla tires based on their experience. What started as a horrible afternoon became a genuinely happy one since we got to meet such wonderful people. We are so grateful to them.”

“I was traveling to my new home from Washington State to Fresno, California. 10 miles outside of Woodland, I broke down, sheered off all the studs, lost the lugs, honestly I thought I messed EVERYTHING up. I had AAA pick me up (great tow company and wish I got his info) and suggest a shop that will take good care of me. Well he dropped me off on a Sunday. I stayed the night, rented a car and expected to pick it in a week or two. I showed up the next day, explained the situation, guys took me in and provided some relief on jumping on it. My thoughts (even calling my service contract company) Fil calls me 3days later, saying my vehicle was all fixed, minus some custom lugs (which was me for not ordering the proper ones). Now remember, I had thought at a minimum, over $1000 - nope, these guys got me back on the road for under $300!!!! I about fell out of my chair! The next day, jumped in the rental to drive the 7hr round trip. Fil & Hector even came and picked me up at the rental store.
If you want a solid mechanic or shop, do yourself a favor… Go see F & R! I couldn’t have been happier with their entire team!

“Recently went in to replace 2 front tires and an oil change. They realized my alignment was off as well for my rear tires; they needed to be swapped out too. I purchased 4 new tires, an alignment and an oil change for a very reasonable $550 out the door with new tires that are rated for 60k warranty. I have a mid sized passenger vehicle. I used to work a tire shop so I know a great deal when I see one. After I got the car back, I was really happy with the results. I could immediately tell they did a great job with the alignment after driving and I'm very happy with my service. 5/5 will return.”
“Whenever I'm in woodland and I need help with my tires I go to this place. They always come through for me every time a couple times that are the only person around in this whole area that had the size tire I needed. And they seem to have the best prices I can find around here.”
“This place has a really really huge variety of rims and tires to choose from i went there to get 18 inch rims and the owner was beyond helpful and the staff is really friendly. I went back 6 months later and got another set of rims and tires for my other car. I would 10/10 recommend!”

“I was in Costco with my brother in law. He had never been to Costco before. He was asking about membership so we stopped at customer service desk and met Daniel. (Wears glasses). My brother in law decided to apply for Costco Citi and become member. It got to a moment he couldn't remember anything including his birth date. He had just lost his wife two days before and needed to get out of house so we went to Costco. When he broke down crying, he was saying he was sorry and that his wife has passed. Daniel came around the desk and asked can I give you a hug? Dale (my brother in law) just sobbed in his arms. Daniel truly showed compassion. Beyond words on his patience, with people in line huffing because they had to wait he didn't care. He told him take your time. It's okay. This deserves a review. Daniel, thank you. And thank you for carrying out the case of water to my car. It won't be forgotten what you did that day.”
