We waited 18 hours for our insurance to find a company to tow our 26ft travel trailer. No one could help us we had one company try to scam us another couldn't find the right truck this company came out and kicked butt and got our trailer back to camping world! I can't tell you how happy we were for someone to finally help! The driver was amazing! He got it there safely! Thank you guys so much we will use them every time!

Very impressed with their service! I called because there was no room for our patients as people have been parking in our patient only reserved spots. They came within the hour and towed the vehicles. They also gave us signs that stated private property and for customer/patient parking only to hopefully deter us needing to have vehicles towed in the future. This is a much better option than us continuing to leave notes on cars daily. I highly recommend them, they are fast and very helpful! Auahdil was very knowledgable, and professional and helpful.

Called the day of the Super Bowl around 10ish pm and no answer. Called because there was a car parked in our spot. Called them in the morning and they were there asap. Nice people!

After CTI would not tow my car, CarMax RSS brought TTT out and in 5 minutes the guy had my car on the flatbed. Easy! Super nice and quick. Ignore CTI. Call TTT.

My 2020 Toyota had a "key malfunction". Was unable to start, the steering wheel locked and the car couldn't be put in neutral. Jerry and Gwen arrived in less than an hour to tow my car to the Dealership. I'm still amazed at the ease and precision Jerry used to get the car on the flatbed. Such a frustrating situation but the people of Tic Tac Towing removed the stress and handled both the car and myself with care. I highly recommend them.Service: Car towing
