Very friendly staff and had a pleasant surprise when leaving early for work. They had goodie bags and coffee and donuts for everyone. They have plenty of family friendly events planned for the day as well to celebrate the Easter Holiday.

To another super nice family friendly event! My kids love these events. Everytime they see a newsletter they get excited. This time around my oldest had to attend school but the staff were stationed right at the gate so as he was going to school he still was able to get a treat. So thank you fairmount apartments another successful event.

Not a bad place to live for a little bit. The apartments aren't to bad and they are roomy enough also. The neighbors weren't noisy so that is always a plus and everybody that we met was nice so can't complain about that.

So happy to have won the thanksgiving raffle and got a turkey along with a gift certificate nd balloons, Am happy to be a resident of this wonderful complex, the staff is very helpful nd cooperative.All the wonderful ladies in the office a big Thankyou.

Trick or Treat Trail. The apartment was full of decorations and kids were running from apartment to apartment in costumes...filling bags of candy.

Recently, The Fairmont Apartments staff came together and threw a Halloween Trick or Treat Trail for their residents. I personally felt that it helped bring our community closer together. Tiny foot prints led us to a trail of music surrounded by webs, inflatables and a photo prop area for us to take pictures of our children. As we passed through our children were handed balloons weighted by candy filled bags. We were handed maps with tiny pumpkin dots to follow, this showed us which units were participating in the event and passing out candy. I must say the atmosphere was friendly and memorable. I was able to get more familiar with my surrounding neighbors by engaging in the event and also see areas of the complex I hadn't paid attention to before. When we came home we were able to continue passing out candy and had the best time doing so. This is the first time in 37 years of my life I have ever had an apartment complex do something like this for their residents. As a tenant it made me feel that I was appreciated and valued for having resided here. The staff and management were impeccable at making this night a safe and friendly one for our community. I appreciate their time, effort and engagement towards this event. Our community is a better place and space because of the deligence management and the staff posses. A sincere appreciation to you all for making us feel like one bigger family and united community.

My son said this was the best night of his life!! Thank you to all of the FAIRMONT team we all had a great night!!! This is the 1st apt I’ve stayed at that actually did something for the kids!!! Can’t wait for the next holiday!!!
