At 8:30 in the morning it is unacceptable for a customer to ask for someone in the electronics department to assist in purchasing a game system! Several employees called on radio and NO ONE arrived I waited 15 minutes! Wasting my time is disrespectful Target get your team in position to help your customers!!!!!

make sure to triple check your order pick ups before leaving! i was missing 3 items from my order & when trying to contact the store about picking them up, they let the line ring for over 4 minutes to the point where the ringing became unbearable. i essentially ran this very department for 2 years and know mistakes like this should not be happening- & if they do it’s because of carelessness. the person running the order out also would not communicate with me or look up from her zebra device to acknowledge anything i said. i’m beyond disappointed & had to resort to reporting it through the app.
happy to know the issue won’t happen again as i wont be shopping here anymore. ??

Team member Crystal, the store director, was very rude to me on may 22, 2024. I came into the woodland location with my mom to buy a few items. While I was there I wanted to check out the Bridgerton target exclusive collection but couldn’t find the display.I saw a woman in red who looked to be stocking and to be polite I asked if she worked there, she snapped back at me that she was the director of the store. It really hurt how rude she was over a simple question. My grandma passed away the week prior and I was emotionally exhausted. I found her behavior towards a customer very disrespectful and inappropriate.

This place was a bad place.They freaking told me my 100$ was fake even though I literally got it from the state Goverment.I want my 100$ dollars back

Karina from Customer service (or stocking) has GARBAGE customer service and a GARBAGE attitude. Came to return an item but nobody was at the customer service desk, waited for about 5 or more minutes then hit the button for someone to come out, she comes out with her mean rude attitude and slams down the button to stop the paging mechanism, I say "Hi" and she ignores that and says "how can I help you" with a terrible attitude, I say "I said hi, and she still proceeds to give attitude, so I tell her that her customer service is trash, if Someone says hi to you you say hi back; you didn't even acknowledge me, then i told her about how aggressively she turned off the paging mechanism, she tried to say that it has to be pressed down hard for it to turn off, so to prove that she was full of crap I pressed the button on it again and shut it off with one finger, she still has attitude, I tell her to call her manager, she does but acts like she doesn't give a F, I explain the full situation to the manager and he acts as if I'm the problem, I say so you don't speak back when someone speaks to you? How is ok in customer service? I then ask the lady does she speak English because she obviously didn't know proper speaking etiquette, she then says that she needs to walk away because she's gonna get mad, when she's the whole problem. Told her to peace herself out, be gone. Needless to say I called corporate on her and her aggressive attitude, hopefully they make an example of her. I've worked in customer service for 15+ years, and that's not how it goes, can't wait to go back in there, she's lucky I didn't bring my sister or somebody in to curse her out. I'm a frequent visitor to this location and I've never experienced anything close to this, thanks Karina.

My experience at this woodland target wasn't so pleasant last night. Came to this target to get a gift for someone at the electronics department. I asked an associate for a game,to which when the game was found,it was placed in a wrong location and the associate and manager Santino didn't want to give me the game for the price it was placed at. They made me feel like I was the one wrong here and like I was a criminal. If any other manager aside this Santino guy could please reach out to me and resolve this. I used to work at target and I always ensured my customers left happy and satisfied, I didn't get that feeling, train your managers the right way!

My cousins told me they were followed around by a worker with a bun and glasses, who proceeded to accuse them of stealing and follow them around the store the whole time. Even after confronting him and telling him he was making them feel uncomfortable, he still followed close and proceeded to even get security to monitor them. So much for being able to buy comfortably and not be accused and of stealing because you’re buying with a group of your friends?!

Was a great experience until it wasn't. Staff working in Starbucks were being super unprofessional, rude, and making fun of a customer that fell. Can't be surprised because they were probably bored with nothing better to occupy their time so I guess it made sense to bother the customers who are in their seating area trying to study and catch up with family during the holidays.
