The young lady that was working there when I came (forgot her name) She was super helpful and amazing. I started off on line and when I arrived to use the unit, it was not the one in which I believed I had reserved. She was able to accommodate me with a upgrade and no stress. Very happy with my unit knowing that this employee is helpful and kind.

Renting from this facility has been smooth and uncomplicated. Allie has always been very helpful and gone above and beyond in extraneous circumstances to maintain a positive relationship with her renters.
A secured facility with plenty of size options to rent, I would definitely recommend this storage facility for anyone looking.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND, 2 MY KNOWLEDGE THEY HAVE THE BEST PRICES IN TOWN (MY KNOWLEDGE COMEW FROM DOING THE LEGWORK MYSELF 2 FIND THE BEST PRICE). ALWAYS GO ONLINE, ULL GET BETTER DEALS. ALLIE AT THE FRONT DESK IS THE BEST, SUPER SWEET AND MAKES THE PROCESS SO MUCH EASIER. SHES LIKE THE SUGAR 2 THE COUGH MEDICINE IF THE COUGH MEDICINE WAS COUGHING UP MONEY ??. I started using StoragePRO in Woodland in 2019 and was a customer until July 2023. I will break this review down into pros and cons of doing business with them:Pros:1. The staff at the office and on the phone has always been easy to deal with.2. My storage unit was solid and everything inside remained safe for the duration of my rental.Cons:1. The frequent price hikes were unacceptable. What started out as an affordable storage solution, quickly became a financial burden. I would have remained a customer had they kept my rent reasonable. They eventually made the price so high that I made it a priority to cancel my service.2. I didn't like that the gate automatically stopped working at certain hours. I would have liked to have 24 hour access to my unit, or at the very least extended hours into the evening.

The storage unit was clean and easy to find. The manager, Allie was very helpful with both making the reservation and starting the rental.

The management that is on site at the woodland facility has difficulty reacting to customers. There was a situation when I drove into facility and when I went to leave, I didn’t see a keypad so figured it was sensors to open gate. The gate didn’t open, I got out of my car and thought, I’m overlooking this keypad. Still unable to locate and now 20 minutes gone by. Nobody in office, the house is attached so I rang bell. Nobody comes another 10 min., out of despair I honk my car horn and a couple come out mad as hornets and he’s pointing saying it’s right there in my face, then she yells out I will be charged after hours fee, and it was 25$. The keypad is difficult to find-above eye level, between garage storage units across the driveway from office! If they observed me for any length of time, they would know I was trying to get out. If they had any professional manners, they wouldn’t have come flying at me so angry, enough to charge me for it! Hate this place so much! Don’t recommend them at all!

This mini storage does not have all the modern bells and whistles, but it's very clean, secure, and no pest problems. The manager is helpful and knowledgeable, and the prices are very reasonable. I would give 5 stars, but felt gate access wasn't open late enough. I rented 2 units and would return if I ever needed more storage in Woodland.
