Not very hospitable, not very neighborly. Life is too short for that. Personally, I would not mind had the man in charge simply take a moment to think about how to better interact with people and made another attempt. All he did was show that he only knows how to be rude, interrupt, and bully others. No clue how to handle customer service.

Third time is the charm with these incompetent people. They couldn't clean a carb worth a damn, they "fixed" the self propel on my lawn mower with a general tune up but, put back on my cracked and shredding belt and didn't tell me, and today they claimed my echo blower didn't have a throttle cable, yet when I looked up the parts diagram at home, there it was plain as day #16. Never give these guys your business! It's worth the small trip to Dixon Ace Hardware's small engine department/shop.

I went in to get my lawn mower looked at and Samuel was awesome. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about everything I asked. 10/10 would definitely recommend any locals and beyond to go here.

I only have one transaction with Sterling May, so not a huge body of data to go on but my single transaction was phenomenal. I worked with Morgan over the phone because I am out of town to track down the exact side by side I was looking for. Morgan was fantastic tracking down a bike no one else had, priced it under all the other dealerships in my area and fitted it out with custom accessories so we could put it to work. It was worth the almost 2 hours drive each way. When I was in the store I had been helped but was waiting on paperwork. As I waited I had 4 separate people asked me if I had been helped yet and looked genuine about the ask. I wished these folks where closer I would send all my business there way. Amazing, and ask for Morgan!

HONEST & PROFESSIONAL ! It's rare for both, let alone one of these qualities in the powersports sales & service businessesI used them for a fuel pump warranty repair in April 2021 for a Honda UTV. I purchase all my Honda sxs parts from them. Their parts prices are usually equal to or cheaper than online places.

Brought in an "inherited" Stihl chainsaw that I was pretty sure had a seized engine but wasn't willing to scrap it without an expert's opinion. The counterman (Sam) pulled out a boroscope, showed me the engine innards were toast, and even offered to recycle it for me -- all at no charge. That's what I call stellar customer service.
