So we have been going to Starbucks for many years but the last couple of times that we have been there and grab some coffee that taste of the coffee has't been the right taste. We always ask for a white mocha and we get either mocha or something else. The cup is halfway down. T full of foam and for the price that we paid. It's not worth it to go and get any coffee anymore. Maybe you guys can start going a little bit slower to make the right cup of coffee.

Please don’t come to this Starbucks. These people make you wait 30-45 minutes even you getting a steamed milk. There people are so immature and under 21. They see customers keep talking to their co-workers don’t take your orders. I worked at Starbucks 10 years ago we were not trained this way. This is not the first time. This happens every time. I’m not going to this place again.

I walked in and asked to get a replacement for a drink that was made bad at another location. They said it was no problem and remade my drink for free. It’s the best Frappuccino I’ve ever had:)

They take 30mins. To get your order. No one was ordering inside still took them 30min. Do not go there. Service sucks.

11/24 @ 0830 they have the lobby closed until 1030 & refused to accommodate through the drive through since my vehicle is to large to fit in the drive through.I don't understand the this policy & the employee offered no explanation.He bluntly expressed "can't & won't".

The drive thru took over 30 minutes in line and then after paying still took over 5 minutes to finally get my coffee. My cheese danish was heated as requested but already cold and stale. No explanation or apology for the long wait.

Hate to ever give 1 star but came here and ordered a protein box and americano waited in line for a bit but needed up eating my food and still waiting for coffee!! When i went to ask since I was inside they ignored me Never again
